It could be this simple
So happy my family has access to a nicely flavored chewable option to get gaba into their system. Anxiety has been noticably lowered and my son is more open minded and able to be more self aware. I also appreciate the added nutrients for balance and the quantity for the price makes it more sustainable. It's easy to dose up or down in the lower potency to add more or less based on effects. Give it a try to see if this is all you're lacking for relief and check out Trudy Scott's book on anti-anxiety food solutions. Blessings!

These have been really helpful for me
I started taking two of these every night before bed as recommended by my doctor. Initially I didn’t notice much difference, but as I’ve been taking them consistently for a few weeks now, I am definitely noticing a decrease in my anxiety symptoms. I like that they’re chewable. The flavor isn’t bad, it could definitely be improved, but I got used to it and don’t mind it much.

This supplement does exactly what I was looking for. 1/2 dose calms me down without making me sleepy. I can take it any time of day. Perfect for my needs!!!!

Taste great and works well
This helps you relax before bed and also taste great! It even helps my kids fall asleep and my husband likes taking them too!

Works well
I give these to my 6 year old, as his doctor recommended, for anxiety. They do help. I tried another brand, with less GABA and his anxiety shot up within a few days of switching. I quickly switched him back to these and he was back to normal within a couple days. He has never complained about flavor; he reminds me if I forget to give them to him, so I think he likes them.

Turned brown over time.
I think they worked but I Order in Nov and expiration date is 7/2026 but tablets have all turned brown and chewy
