We play secret Santa at my workplace each year. This year, my operations director was whom I drew. His Santa survey said he enjoyed green tea, not much to go on but I realized he’s of simple likes and this looked simple yet sophisticated. Unboxing, the packaging is well arranged. Care was put into this package to assure it arrived intact. Product: Case is artistic and beautiful which presents itself well. The glass of the traveler feels sturdy and the bamboo lid is easy to remove as well as it looks beautiful against the glass. The sleeve is sleek and easy to put on and take off. I gifted this so I’m not sure how the actual loose leaf tea diffuser works but it looks good and wasn’t falling apart or damaged in any way. Overall would purchase again for my tea lovers. Thank you!

I was really Impressed with this product when it arrived. The packaging is awesome! It comes in a stunning box that makes it perfect as a gift. It doesn’t leak and I loved that the glass design means you can see exactly how full the flask is when you’re pouring hot water into it to make tea. So no accidents! I used a tea bag in the infuser and it worked really well. It is easy to clean and is great for on the go drinks that can be used again and again. The sleeve that comes with the flask protects it and makes it easy to carry. I bought this for myself but I would definitely buy more as gifts. Delighted with this purchase!

Opening my box from Amazon was a real delight. Not only is this a travel tumbler, but a piece of art. I bought the glass tumbler with the bamboo top. The design of this tumbler fits nicely in my hand, it steeps my tea perfectly and I use for my on the go smoothies. Besides me enjoying this tumbler it would be great for a gift. Cudos to the designer.

I do not recommend buying this. It fell less than a foot--off my coffee table onto the floor and cracked and broke. And I never even had the chance to use it unfortunately!

firstly the product is great for tea and I've been using mine for about a year and a half and the lid broke through chance, i reached out to them through amazon with a simple message and they replaced it in around 30 hour's, i was not expecting such kindness or efficiency, I use this thermos almost everyday when by the computer for tea so was happy to purchase a replacement lid to continue having something i like and was prepared to have to pay, instead they mailed it out on them and I really truly appreciate that after sale support, I'll be buying anything i can from them in the future and wish them all the best.

I've been searching for a bottle that I could use for both hot and cold drinks that were not plastic or tin - impossible. Until I found this beautiful tumbler ... with a bonus tea infuser. I was skeptical of the glass at first, but it comes with a bottle cozy that keeps the contents warm and you can easily carry the bottle around. HIghly recommend this bottle/tumbler - will be buying more as gifts for friends! Also, love the packaging - came in a beautifully decorated tube - very special!!!

First off, I want to like the product, really do. It's glass and it's beautiful to look at. If you main reason to buys this is based solely on above then stop reading. Comes the draw back: 1.) It's not a thermos. It does not keep your content warm or cold much longer than a regular cup. Yeah it's a double wall but its insulation is inferior. I tried by brewing hot tea and pour into the bottle, lasted about an hours before drinking. After that it's Luke warm at best. The bottle is almost hot to touch with hot content inside, Indication of no or very little insulation. 2.) The bottle cap leak. After pouring hot liquid or any liquid, it starts to leak when you tip over for the first few times. I not sure it's by design or faulty product. it eventually stop leaking after you tip it a few times or until all liquid content sip into the cap and eventually seal. 3.) The product is nice to look at but it's not of practical use. I have tumbler that cost a third as much and work 4 times better in keeping my content cold or hot. I cannot recommend this to any one other than you want this product for looks.

Right size and the double stainless infuser makes it perfect for loose tea. Oolong tea or mint leaves etc. have plenty of room to swim if you use the top part of the infuser only. Neoprene blanket keeps the glass safe and the tea warm. Side note, I broke my first bottle right off the bat; user error. Decided to let the seller know and they got right back to me. Solved my issue and were timely and gracious. I certainly recommend this product and the packaging makes for a great gift presentation.
