We saw this at a dinner party last Christmas and loved it. We literally bought one standing at the cheese wheel. Every person who has come by our house since then has commented on it and how enjoyable it is to use ( the cheese looks super appealing when it when it shaves off- I didn’t take a picture but I will the next time we entertain and come back and add it here). It is fun to have and our cheese guy at our local store geeks out about trying to find wheels that will fit on this device. In short, So far it cuts beautifully, it is super easy to use & the blade is sharp .. it makes our cheese look very appealing & it is always a conversation piece

This is a really special tool for making beautiful cheese flowers for a charcuterie board. You must buy the right kind of cheese for it to work well. Tete de moine is the best one, but any semi firm round cheese wood work

It is a great device for cheese but the assembly of the cutter was very poor, causing deep scratches on our wooden counter top. The 5 screws under the board that hold the rubber legs were not screwed in flush and caused the scratches. The problem was not easily visible to the buyer. This is simple quality control issue that should not happen.
