This stuff is great. That's all I have to say.
I bought what I call "The Crack House" as an investment property. The previous drug addled owners did zero upkeep in the 8 years that they owned the house. There was a thick unsightly build up of algae on the vinyl siding, especially on the nort facing sides. The house looked like crap. Today I mixed this concentrate in my pump sprayer. My ratio of Zep to water was by the instructions on the bottle for heavier buildup. I sprayed the vinyl siding, and let it sit for a few minutes, then worked it in with a soft bristled push broom. I then simply used a garden hose to rinse, and all the mold algae and dirt just melted away. I used about 3/4 of the bottle to clean about 1/4 the house, so this product goes a long way, even though I was using the higher end of the concentration mix ratio. 100% satisfied with this product. It is easy to use and there are no noxious fumes or smells. Saved me a few hundred dollars since I didn't have to hire someone with a pressure washer. Check out the before and after pictures.

Good Quality for everyday use and the price is a bargain by comparison.
This product is industrial grade and worked as expected. The price was right and it was easy to use, with some stains requiring a second application and a bit of scrubbing.

Not a good substitute for SH
I mixed it strong in a pump sprayer as directed, and it Works ok for the algae, but not so well for mold. I ended up using a brush for my vinyl siding to get it clean.
