I've been taking this Melatonin 5 mg. for about a year. Before that I was taking a 3mg dose and I did find that upgrading to 5mg helped me fall asleep even better. I've also heard there is a promising research for Melatonin to be good for our health and not just our sleep so that's a bonus. I don't find that I can't sleep without this product so it isn't addicting. If I go off a night, I can still get to sleep and suffer no consequences. I have used many products by the NOW brand and I trust them to provide a quality product like they have in this case. The capsules aren't very big at all so they are easy to take with a swig of water.

This melatonin works well for me. It helps me fall asleep faster without making me feel groggy the next morning. The dosage is effective the capsules are easy to take and the large bottle lasts a long time.

My husband and I both take these supplements occasionally and they really help us to have a better restful sleep.

I find that this Melatonin is an good quality product, ingredients seem to be of a good quality, and if you're using it as a binder it works well as a mild binder for any toxins you desire to catch while you sleep. No taste, as it is in a capsule, and it is easy to swallow. I had no comms with seller, but seller shipped item quickly and it arrived when it was supposed to, and I would not hesitate to do business with this seller again.

My husband and I have used this product off and on for the last 3 years, we typically use it a 2-3 nights a week and each time we take it we get a very restful night’s sleep. I personally am a light sleeper and sometimes wake up numerous times a night and have a hard time falling asleep again. But when I take this melatonin, I still wake up several times a night but almost immediately am able to fall back asleep, and I sleep deeply. It helps me feel more rested, too, the next morning. We try not to take it more than a few times a week so as not to become dependent on it, although that may not be an issue with melatonin, I’m not sure. Overall, it is a great product, and we have never experienced any negative side effects.

This melatonin is the best in the market! After trying many melatonin brands I can say that this one truly makes a difference and a statement. I don’t wake up in the middle of the night. I have a restful deep sleep every night, I take 3 (15mg). After taking Vimergy for many years I noticed it didn’t helped me as much as this one, plus is more expensive for less quantity. I came across this brand for the affordability and quantity and Praise God! It is MUCH BETTER than the V one. Highly recommended. I’ve been trying their other supplements replacing the ones I was taking from V and I can see a huge difference in my health and budget. It does work , but if you don’t get enough sleep you might feel weak in the morning

It gives you sound sleep for 4 hours.and then you wake up fresh. But you can't sleep 8 hrs with this. It doesn't make you dizzy. It's good for people who want adequate sleep in a shorter period ,say 4,5 hrs
