No more "Where's Waldo"!
These little strips are the most amazing thing! Browsing online you can find many types of ovulation strips and machines all ranging in prices from 30 bucks to 250 bucks. Some people opt to go with the little hand held machine to detect ovulation but really when you think about it closer the machine STILL needs ovulation strips so you're paying an astronomical price for some digital read out (plus you still have to buy strips), I'd rather save myself 230 to 300 bucks and just pee on a stick and look for 2 lines, it doesn't get any easier than that. These are very basic and very simple little thin strips. You fill a dry, clean and empty cup with pee, dip your stick in for 3 to 5 seconds and wait. They are very cheap, very affordable and in the long run save you a ton of money. They are small and don't come with excess packaging to bulk up your cabinets in the bathroom. You can be a pee-a-holic and not go broke with these. I love the added incentive of getting not only 50 ovulation sticks but 20 pregnancy tests as well for rounding up 22 bucks or so. In any given drug store I've paid for just a pregnancy test 23 bucks, how silly is that? On a more personal note to anyone wondering the use of these ...some women have periods that are all over, that don't come like clock work on the same day every month which makes guessing your fertile time near to impossible and these really help nail down your ovulation time. Every woman's body is different and while the general idea is that you ovulate 14 to 16 days after your last period that isn't the rule of thumb and it's not an exact science. Every woman (minus those with reproductive issues) ovulate every month just telling when is the hard part. If you are serious about TTC then I HIGHLY suggest these. Some additional information: Once you pee on these and wait your 5 minute time frame you may see 1 of several things. 1 line is negative for ovulation, 1 solid and one faded line is also a negative, you are NOT fertile until you see both lines dark and clear as heck. A weak second line is a *negative*. For those who are in it for the long haul these internet cheapies will save you a lot of money and work flawlessly the only complaint I have is my last batch I ordered has some broken and falling apart but they are so cheap and you get so many I didn't really care too too much I lost some but it's worth noting for other potential buyers.

I Swear By These Test Strips!!!!
Let me start by saying it takes a lot to motivate me to write a review of a product. Before purchasing these ovulation strips, I read a lot of the previous reviews, debating whether or not I should waste my money buying these things. I was already two months into tracking my basal body temperature (with erratic results), trying to figure out the number of days in my cycle (35!... I know TMI), and just praying to God I was estimating my ovulation days correctly so I could get pregnant. But when you want to get pregnant, you want it to happen immediately! This rationale and impatience led me to purchase these strips (plus, they are SO MUCH cheaper than the name brand competitors). I was skeptical, at first, but persistence is key!!! You need to test your morning urine when you first wake up. I used small, disposable plastic bathroom cups to collect the urine sample each morning before I went into the shower and when I came out the reading would be there. It's so easy. You just dip the end of the strip in the urine up to the line and rest the strip on the lip of the cup. I had no problem identifying a positive or negative reading. The lines were clear and not ambiguous at all! On the days when I suspected I should be ovulating, I tested morning and night, even though they say to only test in the morning. The night readings helped me to better determine the 24 hour window of ovulation. Using these strips, I was able to first track my ovulation for a few months and then pinpoint the exact date of ovulation going forward. Mind you, it still took us five months to conceive, but I truly believe these strips really helped me to figure out my ovulation schedule over time. Well, the rest is history... I'm looking at a beautiful one month old baby girl that I prayed for each night. I plan to purchase more of these strips to begin tracking again for my second baby. My advice to anyone thinking about getting pregnant... start tracking your ovulation schedule now, so when you do ultimately want to get pregnant, you will already know when you are going to ovulate and you won't have to wait several months to first figure it out. Good luck!

They work, they're easy and 1/4 the price of Clearblue Easy
These are the best for people trying to get pregnant as they cost 1/4 the price of Clearblue Easy and they work. For those of us who need to track ovulation month after month, particularly with an irregular cycle, the cost of ovulation tests can really add up, so I'm relieved to have this reasonably priced alternative. I can assure you these work as I use them in conjunction with blood and ultrasound monitoring at my fertility doctor. I use these tests around the time of month I might be ovulating and once it detects an LH surge I go to my doctor to confirm and the Wandfo tests have never been wrong. They are also easy to use. At first I didn't like the idea of peeing in a cup, but turns out it's cleaner than peeing on a stick. I used to use Clearblue Easy digital tests and found that when I used them the pee splashed off the test and all over me. I have never had that problem with peeing in a cup. Also it can be more convenient to do the cup method because sometimes I'm pressed for time and don't have the five mins to wait around for a result. With a cup you can put it aside and get to it later (hopefully that doesn't sound gross, but if you do these tests often enough you probably understand what I'm talking about). Finally, the results are easy to read. It's very clear when it's positive and when it isn't: if the second line appears and is as dark as the control line, then it's positive. If the second line isn't there or more commonly, is faint, it's negative. As for when to take the test, my fertility doctor said first thing in the morning. I've tried testing at different times of day to confirm and first thing does give me the best results. Good luck!

This product really works.
I am 28 years old and my period cycle is 27 days and periods lasts for less then 2 days. I have started to test from 8th day of my last period ( Date I got my period : 2/13/2013 and date I started to test: 2/20/2013). Although on instructions which I got with the kit had recommended to start it from 11th day as per length of my cycle but I started it early because I did not want to miss LH surge this month. For two days I tested it just once in the morning around 11 AM and always got a light pink test line. But from 10th day onward I started to test twice a day ( Around 11 AM at morning and 11 PM at night ). On 12th day I got a little late and tested around 2:30 PM ( Date : 2/ 24/2013) I got much darker test line but still it was lighter than the control line. I knew it was about time to get a positive surge. So in the evening I tested around 8 PM and wow I got a perfectly dark line same as control line.Next day I was super excited and tested in the morning around 11 PM and got a very light test line, the reason could be I drank more water within 2 hours time of test because when I tested again after 3 hours I got a little lighter test line than control line but darker than morning.Again next day much much lighter test line. I do not know if I am pregnant now or not but I feel using this test really increases the odds. My suggestion is : 1. Please do not drink much water before testing as given on instructions. It could really mess up your result. 2. Please test twice a day as given in many reviews. Its very much possible you could miss your chance testing just once a day. I have never used any other product before so cannot compare how good is it as compare to other products. But as compare to price it is really cheap and works absolutely great. All the best ladies.

SCAM do not buy
I ordered 2 boxes of the Wondfo Ovulation kits (the second one accidentally). The kit gave me a positive the first day I tested, which by my tracking, I didn’t expect to be ovulating. I tested daily for over 1 week and each result yielded a positive test. Just to be sure, I tested my son’s urine, who is not having ovulatory cycles. I still got a positive result. I tried to return to Amazon but Amazon instructed me to reach out to the company, Wondfo. I called customer service who asked me to send and email detailing my experience. They did not ask me about lot numbers etc. Just how I used it. I explained everything. They emailed me back stating that the test is not intended to use in children (duh) and “ Also, to give you more context, the LH test strips you’re using are qualitative, meaning they detect the presence of LH but do not measure its exact amount. This means that as soon as your LH reaches a certain threshold, the test will show a positive result, indicating ovulation. If you’re looking for more precise tracking to pinpoint your LH peak, you may want to consider semi-quantitative LH test strips, which can show fluctuations in hormone levels over time and help identify the exact peak.” DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Great tests- Need more consistency!
Overall, I love these. I have found the lines to be clearer and more accurate than premom or easy@home, and will continue to use these as long as I need them. However, I would love to see more consistency between batches. The newest batch seems to not have enough dye and while the lines are still plenty clear, they are not nearly as good as the previous one. First photo is the new batch, and second photo is tests from the previous batch.

Good price and seems to be accurate
I’ve never had to do this before but here we are tracking fertility. These strips have provided very clear results. I was only getting one line up until Thursday, 8/7 then started to surge by Friday 10:30 pm. What’s been helpful for my sanity is that the strips hold their results. The last strip is pink because it was processing at the time of the picture.

Easy and inexpensive! Couldn't ask for more:)
My husband and I are trying to conceive our second child. My cycles have never been regular spanning anywhere from 30 to 42 days for cycles where i do ovulate, so ovulation tests are very helpful for me. When I got pregnant with my daughter, I had been using the store bought ovulation tests which only had 7 in a pack and were difficult to read. Those ones did detect my surge, but I did second guess the test line for a while, as it wasn't crazy dark. When I first used these strips, I had several results that were pretty dark and I spent lots of time over-analyzing them and comparing to photos of other customers' positives, as well as googling if anyone had positive results that weren't really as dark as the control line. It turns out, those were all negative. When I got my for sure positive surge detected days, THE TEST LINE STARTED TO SHOW BEFORE THE CONTROL LINE AND GREW DARK AT THE SAME SPEED. So I realized, all the ones that looked like they could be positive really weren't because it took longer for the test strip to get dark on those. Now for what I consider the bummer about LH surge testing... When a surge is detected, it doesn't necessarily mean you will for sure ovulate. Last cycle I had a very obvious surge, started testing for pregnancy like a crazy person two weeks later w/o a positive ever. I did some research and found that you can have a surge that isn't quite strong enough to kick the egg out. So that was disappointing. That cycle ended up being 63 days long and only ended because I started taking a vitex supplement (which I can really recommend for ladies with random cycles). So this month, after taking the supplement, I have had a VERY obvious surge on day 17 of my cycle. I really recommend keeping your strips for the whole month and labeling them so you can compare. Working off of memory or pictures is a pain. Be sure to hold your pee for 2 hours or so and don't worry about the whole room temp thing. I will update in a couple weeks if I become pregnant. Good luck to all!
