I got this shampoo for my little girl and it has been wonderful. The scent is light and pleasant, it gently cleanses her hair, and most importantly, it doesn’t irritate her eyes. Her hair feels soft, smooth, and easy to comb afterward. I also appreciate the natural formula. Delivery was fast and the packaging was secure. Highly recommended!

I've bought every baby toiletry imaginable, but nothing is as good as this. The scent is heavenly and compliments your childs already-wonderful skin smell. It works well enough to remove grime and sticky stuff, but doesn't irritate skin. It's a "no tears" formula. We still use this even though our youngest child is in mid-elementary school. For extra long hair, add a detangling conditioner afterwards and you can use it forever. The wonderful scent means I'll probably buy it forever since I sometimes use it as a mild body wash myself. If you have dry itchy skin in the winter, borrow a little of your baby's wash!

All 3 of my kids have pretty sensitive skin. After a few weeks of research and learning about the ingredients in almost all popular name brand kid shampoos and body washes, I refused to use those products any further. After testing several brands and products, this shampoo/wash was the product for us! In my opinion it does the job better than all products out there on the market. Skin stays nice and hydrated. No skin drying even if “suds” are not fully rinsed off. We will definitely continue to use this (as well as other Burts Bees) product for bath/shower time in our home! I have been using this since my son was born and he is now two years old. Cannot use any other product. It’s gentle and good for his skin, smells good, does not dry him out. Will keep using

I have been using this on my boys for years. I do like it for a lot of reasons. It is made almost entirely of natural ingredients (I won't put anything unsafe on my boys) It has a pleasant scent It is naturally tear-free (a must for my kids) It makes wonderful bubbles and can double as a bubble bath potion It cleans well, leaves their skin soft, and isn't drying It rinses off easily and out of hair easily My boys smell really nice after their bath I would have given it a 5 stars, but... The reason for the nice scent is "fragrance." I have seen other Burt's Bees Baby Products that specify if the fragrance comes from natural-plant based ingredients. This one doesn't. "Fragrance" is listed in the Environmental Working Groups's website as a toxin. If it is just listed as "fragrance," it usually means it is synthetic. It isn't 100% plant-based toxin-free ingredients. If it was, I would have definitely given it a 5 star rating. However, it is a good quality product, and I still feel okay using it on my sons. It is just that nowadays, you can find products that are made with 100% plant-based ingredients and perform just as well, or better, than this one. I am going to be switching to another product that smells even better, but the scent comes from essential oils that are 100% natural. That being said, I have used this for years, and I don't regret it one bit!

Its perfect for my baby as we do a almond/coconut oil massage for the baby and then use this body wash It cleanses the oil yet is gentle on her skin I wud recommend trying this for a sensitive skin
