Great protein supplement
Great protein supplement for those watching carbs and not wanting a bunch of additional fillers. I use this in my smoothies and have no complaints about the flavor or texture.

High Quality Rice Protein Powder
I have been using this rice protein powder for several years, and have been buying at my local vitamin shop. It was recommended to me by a licensed clinical nutritionist when I started a detox/elimination diet to determine what food sensitivities I had. I like the Vanilla flavor the best. The plain flavor has an unusual but not offensive odor and taste and I use it when I cannot find the Vanilla. It does not dissolve completely (but fairly well) in a liquid, and can have a very slight gritty consistency. I have just gotten used to it, and it does not bother me, especially since I use it in thick smoothies or shakes. I have found it to be a great, high quality dietary product to use, gentle on my digestive tract. It is especially good for those who are gluten intolerant.

Good Vegan Protein powder
I had been using whey protein powders for 20yrs so I am very used to the easy to mix, sweet taste of whey powders. I went vegan last year and was looking to switch to a diff kind of protein. I bought the smaller package of this for a test run. It is not bad at all. Truth is it does not mix well with water and tastes bad that way. I mix mine with vanilla almond milk and thats the best way to do it. It's definitely best to mix one scoop with one cup of almond milke at a 1:1 ratio. I will be getting the bigger container next time for sure.

Drink it everyday
I really like this protein. I drink it at least once a day sometimes twice. I prefer it mixed with milk but it tastes fine mixed in water. It is a bit gritty but it goes down smooth, mixes easy and doesn't taste horrible. I enjoy the flavor of the vanilla in milk. I think the vanilla mixes better than the chocolate and for that reason I now only buy the vanilla. For some reason the chocolate can actually be a bit of a pain to mix. When it comes to protein I like it to be clean, easy to drink and easy to mix. If I can mix it with just a fork and a cup of water then I consider it easy to mix. Anymore work than that and it is too hard to mix for my liking.

Terrible stuff!
Too low of sugar to taste good on its own. I put in a protein drink shaker and half of it gummed up on the bottom. Had to add chocolate almond milk to make it palatable. May work in a smoothie where the taste is hidden and the blender can prevent lumping. I should've tried it sooner - I would've returned it.

What are you people talking about??
I did the Diobesity cleanse ([[ASIN:031612737X The Blood Sugar Solution: The UltraHealthy Program for Losing Weight, Preventing Disease, and Feeling Great Now!])and picked up this powder (never having tasted the whey or soy powders);this one is easy to digest. I was advised to use water OR soy OR almond milk. I opt for almond milk, 2 tbs ground flax seed, ice, and a 1/2 a banana; YUM. I guess if you just used water it wouldn't be great, but what would? Jeez! I'm no vegan, or diabetic, nor do I have serious health issues, I just wanted to reduce the inflammation I experienced (sinus issues, carpal tunnel, asthma). I make EVERY morning for my breakfast meal (hey, it's a LOT better than the McDonald's oatmeal and SF large iced coffee I used to get every morning). The powder is 55-60 calories, 2 tbs of flax= 90, almond milk=60, 1/2 banana=50ish calories for a grand total of 255 calories for breakfast. I can be off on the calorie count but I NO LONGER COUNT CALORIES (just eat less white stuff, more green stuff, WAY less sugar). I have lost 20 lbs. I've maintained the weight loss for four months now- no Problem. I haven't had milk or dry cereal since August and I don't miss them AT ALL. I love the chocolate shake (but you NEED the banana to bind the shake) and am hoping that I'll like the mixed berry shake so I can replace my late snack.

Tasty, GI issue friendly
I’m non-dairy and have GI issues that cause me to avoid pea protein. This is the first protein powder I’ve tried that’s not whey or pea protein that’s affordable, tasty, and has good macros. It has no flavor which is great becuase I think pea protein is quite strong. The only thing worth noting is that it’s slightly gritty but that doesn’t bother me personally. I will definitly purchase again.

Cant get past the taste
If taste isn't an issue, this would be fine, but it seems to add a funky flavor to whatever you add it to. It was a no go to blend with oatmeal, as I read on one blog. I'm not being rude or crass, but to be accurately descriptive I would have to say it tastes like what a dirty wet sock smells like, in my opinion. A little bit even overpowers my smoothies. It doesn't blend great.

The taste is like how I would imagine the dust from your vacuum would taste. Feels like swallowing chalk paint. 1/10 would not buy again.
