This little fountain is terrific! It’s so easy to use: the cord is conveniently long so as to allow for just the right placement. I haven’t needed to use the different spray heads, since the basic one is just right. This is my first attempt at a birdbath; I made it out of clay pots! It was such a thrill to see birds splashing around in it! I’ve seen one use the spray from this fountain like a shower head to “wash her hair .” I do wish the suction cups were a little stronger, but that could be the fault of the textured plastic plant tray I had to use since a clay one wasn’t available. It is too bad that the solar panel doesn’t store energy, but off it did it would surely cost more. For me, though, even if it’s not fully sunny, the fountain works. If a cloud partially covers the sun, it just sprays lower. The water is still moving so there’s no worry about mosquitoes. I’m very pleased!!!

Today is 31 May 2023. I have to give this pump a lot of credit. I figured it would last, maybe 1 summer. But it's almost 2 years & while it still works (a little) I was surprised how well it functioned outdoors for the full 2 years. However, just last month, I think the solar panel is out of steam or the filter is finally clogged-up. When the sprays was a little less a few months ago, I was actually glad; it didn't sprinkle the water outside of the bird bath & I didn't need to refill it twice a day. Now...It's only moving the water a tiny bit which is why, I'm ordering the same one. Overall, for the price back then, IT WORKS FOR 2 FULL YEARS & I'M SATIFIED.

Value for cost is excellent. I had my doubts this was suitable as a replacement for the mains-powered pump in my fountain, but thought I’d give it a shot. The pump is clearly strong enough: it lifts a 26” water column through 1/2” tubing in the fountain and produces the steady musical flow desired … but it requires direct full Sun to do so (see video). Initial tests in afternoon clouds failed miserably. So, I may be adding battery storage and a switch for on-demand use, but so far I’m delighted by the experiment. GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY.

Does not work, put in pond, solar panel in direct sun for two days, doesn't have enough power to push water out of itself, needs way more power, will be requesting refund.

Was working great for a few weeks , then just stopped , I've move the panel cleaned the little pump nothing works , don't think I would buy again.

I’m satisfied with this solar fountain pump. I was looking for a replacement pump for my old concrete fountain. This solar pump has enough power to create a relaxing trickling water feature. The solar panel is roughly the size of a pack of playing cards and I like that it can be staked into the ground, the pump unit is tiny about 2” long, 1” wide, 1” tall.

It is a great little pump. The strength of the pump depends on the brightness of the sun. It is not weak like some claims it to be. Will be getting some more for my patio pond.
