Good quality chickpeas! These do take longer to soak. I put them in a mason jar with water at least a day before I need them.

Doesn’t get soft enough
When I’m plant based and I love organic food I soak them overnight and cooked them for a long time and they still quite robust. The regular ones soften up don’t really understand why. But i prefer the organic food I just deal with it.

Celiac Safe Canadian brand
This is a really good brand from Canada that offers organic dried beans that are "beyond celiac safe" witch, is difficult to find. They're fresh and they cook up amazingly well. I've tried different varieties of theirs and am happy with this brand!

Bad Quality Garbanzo/Chick Peas.
There is something fishy about this company. Firstly for this product, the country of origin on the listing/amazon was Russia. When we received this it was argentina. Secondly we soaked it for over 18 hours and then put it in the instant pot cooker for 40 mins on high. Yet it was not completely cooked AND the same small size that we had put it in instead of becoming nice and bigger in size. I just hope it was not bad for health. NEVER buying any product from this company as now i dont trust them at all.
