Had to have surgery and this was recommended by a woman who had this done. It really helped w/ the pressure. Didn't care for the taste but I don't like tea. It was easy to make. Caffeine content I don't have much of a reaction to so I can't answer that. the quality was ok. Freshness fine. I don't know how to answer the beauty of it lol.

Ich trinke sehr viel Pfefferminztee. Heiß und auch kalt. Meist haben sie einen leicht bitteren Nachgeschmack. Dieser nicht. Daher volle Kaufempfehlung.
