My husband was having such coughing and congestion and fullness in his lungs. I distrust most, like 99% of most pharmaceuticals and think it is ridiculous that there are umpteen side effects that are way more severe than the whatever you have been trying to deal with. So we use herbal products only. A little online research brought me to learn about lungwort. So we bought some tea. Who knew how easy this was? Wow! So he has been drinking it for a month now, but it only took a few days to notice improvements. The taste is okay, not strong, not flowery, and he adds a tad bit of honey to sweeten it. One month later, on our second bag, part of his evening routine to enjoy a cup after work. And the coughing, fullness, congestion is and has been totally gone for 2 weeks or more and now he just drinks it like for prevention. He thinks that since he smoked for 10 years, (30 years ago) that it is probably a good idea to just continue drinking tea for food health. Amazon sells organic natural tea bags as well, making it sour easy to brew a cup, so consider that if purchasing this. No mess, no cleaning tea leaves out of the tea ball, etcetera.
