How long does it last once opened?

We use this in our restaurant so it doesn't stay around very long. However, once it is opened it can last for weeks without being refrigerated. And months if refrigerated.

It shows this product in a case with 4 jugs & says this is 2 gallon jugs pack of 4...but then it says 1 gallon???

It as 4 jugs n in each is two gallons, take it from me buy the small Quantity
