Excellent paring / utility knife, and sharp!
Very nice and substantial paring knife. Like many people who cook, I have an assortment of small "paring" knives, which I do my best to keep sharp. They've served me well but recently I've felt like finding something of higher quality. I ordered this one a few months ago and I like it a lot. The first time I used it I sliced a lemon, and it seemed to me like it sort of fell through the lemon, relative to my other basic knives. It is sharp on another level. I would buy again and might buy another one just to have in the drawer. ** I know some people care a lot about being able to put everything in the dishwasher. You may be able to do that with this knife, but really now. It's a quality knife - just rinse it off in the sink!

Well Made
Thid paring knife is one of the the best I have used. It uses a single piece of good quality stainless steel for blade and handle with padding for grip and stability. It is well balanced and maintains its sharpness for a long time. This was money well spent.

Great paring knife for the price
Great little knife. I have had it about a month and it is easily sharpened and maintains an edge well. The knife is made with quality materials and has a comfortable grip.

It is a nice knife.
Nice Paring Knife! I had one like this and ordered my daughter one for her birthday. Mine was very sharp when I first got it but now it isn't as sharp as it was but you can still peel potatoes and the skin off the tomatoes with it and slice them too! Has a good blade and my husband said he could sharpen it if I needed him too! So far I have not had to sharpen mind and I had mind about a year. One of the knifes did come with a cover over the point and the other one didn't. I do like the cover and wish both of them had a cover to cover the point of the knife.
