Seems to be defective or incomplete.
Purchased this SW Motech tank bag and was bizarrely delivered with no magnetic mechanism on the bag, just the bag with absolutely no way of securing it to my bike.

Produit de très bonne facture mais celui que je viens de recevoir est tordu, mais dès le placement sur la moto l'on observe tout de suite la dissymétrie du sac

Ist eine gute Quallität wie zu erwarten vom dem Hersteller. Es passt ordentlich was hinein. Die Magnete haben durchaus eine gute Haltekraft. Aber für den Tank einer NT 1100 finde ich die Tasche als ungeeignet. Deshalb geht sie leider zurück, und werde wohl eine mit Tankring wählen.
