Best Gluten Free flour in the market. As long as you find some GF recipes, it's so perfect. Even my partner who would never eat a GF something enjoys it. Totally recommend it.

Ho acquistato la Farina Caputo Fioreglut 1 kg senza glutine per preparare pane e dolci in casa e devo dire che è stata una vera sorpresa. La consistenza è ottima e simile alla farina tradizionale: impasti soffici e facili da lavorare. Il sapore è delicato e neutro, perfetto sia per pane che per dolci o pizza. Piccolo difetto: a volte l’impasto richiede qualche minuto in più di lavorazione rispetto alla farina normale, ma il risultato finale è davvero eccellente. Consiglio questa farina a chi cerca un prodotto senza glutine di qualità per preparazioni casalinghe, ideale per pane, dolci e pizza.
