Excellent! Exactly what a tobacco absolute should be!! As im seeing reviews that find the thickness of this product to be undesirable or a reflection of inferior quality..id like to explain how tobacco absolute should be expected to present. First, this isnt an essential oil that is distilled using steam. Tobacco absolute is produced by first extracting the plant's fermented leaves with a solvent such as hexane, followed by alcohol to create a highly concentrated extract. Tobacco absolute is supposed to be dark brown and exceptionally thick and viscous..a result of the solvent extraction method capturing not only the aromatic compounds but also a high concentration of plant waxes and resins..the result is a super-concentrated absolute that will hold the intense aroma of tobacco in a small volume, increasing its viscosity, and often leading to a semi-solid consistency. To work with this absolute.. first remove the inner drop top, replace the screwe top, then stad the bottle in a warm water bath. This will make the absolute make the absolute pourable and less likely yo cause a mess. Because of its intense nature, use very low dilutions for perfumery. My sound opinion is thst this is one of a very tiny few legitimate Tobacco absolutes that can be found in the essential oils industry..and offered with a pricepoint that is incredibly generous. I recommend this product with complete confidence and having been a consistent buyer for close to 5 years. Learn to work with it, its will bring you its powerful, aroma that is true to the plant, carrying a high vibration. ***I was not offered an incentive for this review, I am in no way connected to this company. Beware, its thick as crude oil and can be messy. Had to warm the bottle take the droplet off to get the product out but overall it helped me produce the desired blend with other oils

I shook the bottle several times before opening yet it would not flow through the dripper. I closed the bottle and shook is several more times and it was still very thick. I pushed a tiny metal through the dripper so see if that was the problem but it still would not flow. Finally I had to remove the dripper. Then it slowly flowed out in a very thick drop that is too much. I can't properly regulate how much I get and I feel like I am wasting the oil. Why is the liquid so black? This is very different from how it looks in the image provided where it is more transparent. Did I really get high quality tobacco essential oil? I noticed that I can't return it so I am stuck with it and money wasted?

Sweeter smell than what I would have expected. Nice note for cologne making. I don't smoke, but feel like I'm wearing a nicotine patch.

This oil is true to what it is! Super thick and has a wonderful tobacco leaf scent that smells genuine. It doesn’t leave me with a headache like fragrances do, which is nice. I will be buying this brand of EOs from now on!

Alternative options listed later in review...Set a proper expectation! Scent is potent and it's a THICK concentrate; 2 seconds tilted completely sideways before it will try to drip WITHOUT the dropper cap! This will NOT come through the dropper cap; that thickness shows the true concentrate nature. Dilute with everclear or carrier oil. Scent, to me does not smell like most tobacco I have smelled and is more pungent and reminiscent of things like Oak Moss, Pine Tar, or Russian Birch Tar. In my opinion a more pure and direct tobacco scent is available from Tenzing Momo which is located in Pike's place market Seattle. If you are looking for a tobacco sent that smells like a blend but is pleasantly warm and masculine then you can do well with P&J sweet tobacco (slightly cinnamon) or Esselux black tobacco (slightly vanilla and or coffee) but if you want something more of a cologne-like tobacco scent then you can do well with the original Cuba which comes in a cigar shaped sprayer and a blends well with many things "Gold" by Cuba is a close second on that one). If you are a desiring this sweet tobacco smell of an unlit cigar that makes you want to search out what smells so amazing then I highly recommend Private Oud from Swiss Arabian.

Dark and fragrant as described. I mix this with other oils to create a smoky and perhaps sultry fragrance.

I was so pleased to find tobacco essential oil, as it has been difficult to find. I am not disappointed - it smells even better than I remembered. I will be buying more soon.
