“He is fun and complex”
My eight-year-old is a Transformers maniac. He’s watched many of the mom-approved cartoons and has a collection of the toys that he plays with and displays in “awesome” poses. Ractonite is a regular participant in his bedroom Transformers battles. (His storylines and skills at making explosion noises are crazy!). He hasn’t seen Ractonite in any shows so we can’t speak to his accuracy, only his “cool factor.” Below is my son’s review. “Ractonite is a fun Transformer. It has a complex transformation that I like. It’s not like the ones that I had when I was younger. You have to follow the directions to put the pieces in the right position while transforming him. You have to follow the directions, which are pretty decent. They’re a little weird, though. It took me about ten minutes the first time because the positioning of the legs was weird. They were either too close or too far apart. I had to figure out how to position the legs just right so that I could get him back to dino mode. You can also turn him into armor and this big hammer-axe-thingy. What I really like most about him is that he really looks like he’s made out of real bones. That impresses me because not all toys can pull that off.” (NOTE: When I asked how the armor works, he said, “You transform him and pretty much put him on any bot.”)

My son's favorite transformer
Just as expected, my son had this one a few years ago and lost it, so he used his money to buy it again. He's delighted.

Definitely the most fun of the fossilizers and good for the price point.
It is a great figure. The only real problem is that it does not have hands in the robot mode. I recommend it more than the other fossilizers.

Plastiche solide. Colori azzeccati. Prezzo relativamente contenuto. La trasformazione è abbastanza semplice, guardando le istruzioni che sono brevi e chiare. Soprattutto in forma di dinosauro è molto bello da tenere in posa. I componenti si possono attaccare come armi ad un altro Transformers. Attenzione, perché un pezzo, la coda, è nascosta dietro la scatola, così come la carta da gioco. Sarebbe stato più bello un pochino più grande.
