I use this anytime I grow my beard out. I wouldn't mind a salt and pepper beard but the salt vs pepper in my beard is asymmetrical and looks weird. This stuff works in 5 minutes and I'm happy with the results...I would say whatever color your beard is go one shade darker. It looks incredibly dark the first day but then gets a little lighter the next day or so, so if you go to light you will not get a homogeneous color through your beard. Other than that detail, easy peasy. Wear gloves because it will stain your skin and nails. If it gets on your sink or tile spray with a cleaner containing bleach, and rub Vaseline on the skin on your face surrounding your beard or it will stain...all mentioned in the instructions but if you're like me you don't read instructions and those are lessons you font want to learn the hard way. I have a long beard and I get 2 applications minimum out of each box so it's pretty affordable stuff. I also tried the just-for-men beard shampoo that darkens your beard over time...do waste your time it doesn't ever get as dark as you want it to and this works nearly instantly, is cheaper, and less frustrating.

Overall, this is a great beard dye that delivers bold, consistent color. The Real Black shade is rich and dark, and it covers grays extremely well. It makes my beard look fuller, sharper, and more youthful—exactly what I was going for. The application process is simple and takes about 10 minutes. The included brush makes it easy to reach tough areas like under the chin or around the mustache. The formula develops quickly and the results are noticeable right away. The only downside—and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5—is that it tends to stain the skin during application. If you're not careful, you’ll end up with black dye on the skin around your beard. It does fade after a day or two, but I wish the formula or application method minimized this better. I’ve learned to apply a thin layer of lotion or petroleum jelly around the beard to reduce staining, and that helps. Aside from the skin staining issue, this is a reliable, effective beard dye that delivers salon-quality results at home. If you’re looking for something that gives strong coverage and a bold finish, this is still a solid choice. Just take a little extra care during application.

Used it for the first time and I got amazed. I had a some gray hairs that I had been struggling with on my beard, and after 10 minutes that I left it on and washed it out in the shower, the outcome was a brand new black beard. i strrongly recommend this product. The same day at night I went out and got some compliments, thus, more than satisfied.

I thought my life was complete. I thought I'd seen it all, done it all, had it all and that I could just sit back and relax.... but then; I spotted a grey hair, and then another - at first I thought they were just outliers and quickly plucked them and forgot about them.. until there was another followed by another and yet even more - I realised my beard was slowly turning grey! At first I thought it was okay, I'd be alright, it's just face hair, who cares ? - then I started to notice other mens beards, and all the old boys had greys!... but I didn't want to be old! NO I screamed! I cried and I sobbed for days. I refused to see friends, I refused to see family, I remained hidden from the world, convinced a grave misjustice of the fates had befallen me. I needed a solution. Journeying far and wide, travelling across great distances and undiscovered continents, I searched both inner and outer earth, and could find no 'tree of life', no way to reverse the aging process (nay, even to halt it!) - indeed all I found was that I had become even older! Upon returning to my humble existence I noticed not one or two, but great swathes of scraggly old undesirable men had transformed themselves into youthful demigods in my absence! How ? How has this happened ?!? What did I miss ? How can I join them ? "Just for Men" they cried. "Mustache and Beard Gel" they rallied. And so here I came to obtain this most wonderful and magical product - and after just one application, I revealed myself in great trepidation to the foggy bathroom mirror and realised... I too was made young again, I too will never again know the ravages of time, I too had been saved!

短時間でよく染まります。その分ぐずぐずしてはならないので手早く作業する必要があります。 使用方法は手軽です。2種類のクリームを付属のバットに出して、これまた付属の刷毛で混ぜ混ぜ。後は髭に塗布すれば良い。 5分ほどで洗い流せば、もうしっかり染まります。 欲を言えば、もう少し量が多いか、価格が低ければ最高です。 コスパは良く無いが、他に代わるものがないので仕方ないかなぁ。

Found this a little more effort to work with than the usual Just for Men dye, but it's efforts are well worth it. It takes a few mins to mix the solutions and apply then wait but the results last for days rather than just washing off like the other dye that Just for Men has. I am very happy with the longevity of the dye. Very good purchase and will by this brand again.
