I have been taking Huperzine-A for a few months now, and I really like it and had no side effects. Even though I take less than the recommended daily dose; usually one a day. I feel more focused, alert and productive, and my memory improved quite a bit. I have stopped using it all together every now and then to see if I feel off in any way but i just went back to my normal. something interesting to add, when I take it with coffee, the effect almost doubles. I will definitely buy it gain... highly recommended

I purchased this due to the high ratings on Amazon.com. It didn't take a long time considering the vendor mailed it all the way from the US. I got the Huperzine A mainly for lucid dreaming and as an occasional brain boost for studying, though most people don't recommend taking it daily or else you'll stop noticing the benefits. Totally recommended!

I bought this item specifically to see if it would increase dream vividness and recall. While it’s often marketed more broadly, that was the only aspect I was interested in and the only thing I’m evaluating here. In my experience, it noticeably increased how often I remembered my dreams and how detailed they were. Normally I rarely recall dreams at all, but while using this, I was able to remember them much more consistently. I’ve tried other products aimed at dream enhancement that required awkward timing (like waking up in the middle of the night) or caused issues like restlessness. This didn’t have those drawbacks. It was simple to use and didn’t introduce any noticeable side effects for me. Overall, this has been the most straightforward option I’ve tried for increasing dream recall. As with any supplement, individual responses can vary.

I started out 7years ago and ramped up using another brand (Source Naturals), but changed to yet another brand after several happy years due to ridiculous price increases... sadly I noticed a rapid decline and my vivid dreams stopped happening. No need to pay big prescription bills, no need to be disappointed by false claims... this works and works very well. Younger people, and students can benefit cramming for exams... I'm told that is one of its main functions. IMPORTANT SIDE EFFECTS: 1. Overdosing causes irritability and aggressive tendencies 2. Vivid, realistic dreams... 3D, High Def, Very Real Dreams! It takes time after waking up to shake the feeling of a disturbing dream, but most of my dreams have been excitingly interesting and enjoyable. Some would make good movies. I first told my doctor about the problems, and he tried to laugh it off (VA) and said it's just a side effect of aging, but he prescribed Donepezil but that had no effect, so I wanted to believe him. Eventually he gave me Galantamine and I'm not sure that helped my memory, but wow my dreams were so good they became my favorite source of entertainment. But then my Mom got put on Excelon patches and I got my first taste of real help... to an extent... they cost $250 a month. I felt the difference in only a few days. Memory much improved, motivation and concentration came back too. But that was too expensive so I kept looking for something cheaper and eventually found Huperzine A. Soon after, I added Vinposetine because that was supposed to up it even more.... and they were right, except my dreams then became even more intense for a time, now I'm either used to them or they have mellowed somewhat. But let me tell you, I have tenacity like never before, remembering details I had not thought about for many years. I know this works. Some people disagree, but those of us who know would never be without those two inexpensive concoctions ever again.
