Works great.
A little goes a long way and the container lasts a long time. I’ve noticed a difference in rosacea acne after a few days of using this for ten minutes a day. Acne dries up and flakes off easily with a derma blade. Be sure to wash well after using.

Good mask but can find others for a better price.
I have tried a lot of brands of sulfur ointment and this one is my favorite so far. Many tend to be overly drying to the skin in my case but this one does not. I personally have not experienced any sort of itchiness or skin irritation at all. There is a slight smell but with all sulfur products like masks and soaps they all have that smell in common and it doesn’t stay on you after you completely wash it off. But comparable to other brands you can find a bigger size of a similar ointment for around the same price as this.

Effective but smelly
I just received this yesterday. Bought it for perioral dermatitis, which also flares around my eyes. It cleared over night, but I have no idea how to get the smell off of my hands and face. It took three washes to get the cream itself off (it's a 10 minute spot treatment). It says not to get it in your eyes, and it means it. My eyes watered and stung for about an hour. But. It worked.

Razor Bump Relief
This ointment healed up my sons razor bumps quickly. It was used on addition to a drawing salve to help prevent ingrown hairs and inflammation.
