Simple and effective
As a former professional chef, these knife sharpeners are a game changer. I’ve had mine 10 years and the sharpening blades finally have out. Someone suggested buying a new sharpener as they are only £15-£20. The replacement blades are £5.99 and so simple to fit in a less than a couple of minutes. My knives are razor sharpie once more. Excellent product.
