This product is probably the best you’ll get for a non-commercial machine. You can tell it’s high quality when you turn it on from the sound of the motor. It sounds like an industrial fridge. Not loud. You can just hear the power of the motor.

I’ve only used this once so far, so I can't speak to its long-term reliability, but it seems well built and worked flawlessly. I can say, however, that this machine is incredibly easy to use, and the results were fantastic right out of the gate. My son absolutely loves rolled ice cream, but the closest place for us to get it is about an hour away—so being able to make it at home is a game changer. Not only did this produce the same style of ice cream, it actually turned out even better than what we’ve gotten at shops. The whole process is also just really fun. Watching it freeze and rolling the ice cream together made it feel like an experience, not just dessert. It’s definitely something we’ll keep using together. If you’re on the fence, I’d say go for it—especially if you enjoy rolled ice cream or want something interactive and unique. It’s simple, fun, and delivers great results.

Packaged super well - 3 boxes and foam! Arrived undamaged and on time. It has automatic temperature control and an auto defrost cycle. After studying a few YouTube videos and some recipes i was ready to go. Using the included spatulaes I was able to roll a perfect roll first time. Unfortunately I used tongs and placed that roll in the dish. The second roll wasn't as good because the ice cream was getting a bit cold. Rolls 3 and 4 were slightly harder but still decent. The second batch I rolled all the rolls when the perfect consistency was reached and left them on the cooling surface. I then placed them in the dish. Went fancy with the next batch by putting some Oreos in my coffee bean grinder. Of course I put whipped cream on all. The unit is well built and hits the right temperature from warm in about 7 or 8 minutes indicated by a light turning from red to green. Ice cream freezes in 4 - 5 minutes. This thing is perfect and doesn't break the bank!

Great ice cream roll machine. As a fan of ice cream, this is a must. Great for get togethers , or someone trying to start a small mini-bakery that doesn’t have the amount of inventory counts as big bakeries do. Easy cleanup. Comes with both flat spades to evenly roll your ice cream rolls.
