Is there other honey or water added?

So far what I can tell, it's only orange blossom honey and no water added. I used it to make Mead and happy with the quality, thanks.

Is wild flower the name or taste? If taste, what type of flavor is it? Thank you in advance!

Wildflower is usually a generic name to designate honey from various flower sources. This would include most honey, as it is difficult, to tell the bees which flowers to visit. For me, the major difference in taste is between filtered store honey and the raw, unfiltered type that is stronger in taste.

Is this honey spun extracted, heat extracted or extracted by some other means?

When I used to have bees I spun the honey and ate it raw. Larger operations may have several extra steps.

How many calories per serving and how many servings per 48oz bottle?

70 calories per tablespoon, and about 60 Tbs. in the container.
