Well the up close picture did not turn out well at all, but I love it. Super sturdy, have a mic on there and I jostle it aggressively pretty often. Works as described, and better than the last one I had. Grips surfaces well, even the new desk with a much slicker finish on it. Great value for what I paid, didn’t think I would get this long out of it for the money, but happy that I have. Standard fit for these types of hardware

Like others in the reviews, I bought it for a desk lamp, whose clamp I lost. This is sturdier than my original desk lamp's clamp. Lamp end fit well after taking out clamps plastic sleeve.

Lost the base and attachment to the IKEA Tertial desk lamp and this item worked perfectly as the base and clamp to hook it to my desk. Works perfectly.

Thin metal which makes me uncomfortable having it hold my $500 microphone with but its the best i could find

I purchased 2 of these, as I had a clamp on my ring light break. The quality of these replacement clamps compared to those included with the "boom arm" are night and day. These are solid, and have protection on both sides of the clamp. These brackets have help everything perfectly, also I have bought a few of these and put them in the different positions that I need them, so I am not constantly tightening and untightening. Basically the quality is definitely here with these clamps!
