My 23 year old cockatiel has thrived on this food his entire life. As with any food, he tosses what doesn't appeal to him but he's clearly doing well with Higgins Sunburst. (If it isn't broke, don't fix it.)

My cockatiel is 26 years old. He loves this food, the sunflower seeds and other bits. He's not a fan of the fruit bits, but it has a nice variety for birds to pick through. No artificial colors. Smells fresh and delicious. Very fruity. Not dusty and dull.
