Dreft Blissfuls Laundry Scent Booster Beads for Washer, Baby Fresh Scent, 20.1 oz

These scent boosters are a 5 out of 5 for this mom! As a mother, I try to save money on things whenever I can! Dreft detergent is more expensive than I like to spend on a detergent. I use another brand of baby detergent and add the Dreft Scent Boosters to the load. One of my favorite things about them is you can add a little or a lot (as the directions say). I've found that you can add a little and get the same effect. I just cover the bottom of the lid and that is enough to get that great Dreft smell that lasts! Doing it this way makes the cost of a load of baby laundry cheaper than if I were to use the actual Dreft Detergent! You get the same smell for a fraction of the price. My baby's skin is VERY sensitive and these do not irritate her whatsoever. They don't make her eczema flare up, give her weird bumps, or anything like that. Which I have had happen in the past with other brands. To make these scent booster beads last longer, I only wash her blankets and clothes with them. I personally don't feel it is necessary to boost the scent of her towels, washcloths, bibs, and burp rags. Although, sometimes I add them to a load of her bibs and burp rags when they get super yucky from baby puke. Just to make sure I really get the puke smell out of them! I also purchase these beads whenever amazon has a $2.00 off coupon, which I tend to see fairly often. With the $2.00 off coupon, these scent boosters are cheaper than anywhere else that I have seen them for the bigger size bottle. When I see the coupon, I purchase them and always keep a few bottles of these on hand. These are a laundry must have in my home! I even add them to my loads of blankets sometimes because I love the scent so much!

Good stuff love the smell!

This is the best fabric softener you can purchase. The clothes come out so soft and the smell is amazing, not overwhelmingly obnoxious like some of the other brands. I use it the most on my husband’s clothes, as he seems to sweat a lot and this takes out all of the unpleasant odors. I like him to put on a clean shirt and smell how fresh and clean it is. It also doesn’t smell like a baby product so you don’t have to worry about that. I would use it with every load I do, but the cost prevents me from doing this. For laundry like towels, I just use the cheaper liquid fabric softener, like the Sam’s brand, and my towels come out super soft with it, but the nice smell does not hold well like with these. I just wish that I could find a way to purchase them cheaper than they are, so I just limit using them for the stinky clothes. He also has many dry fit shirts from expensive brands like Land’s End, L.L. Bean and Eddie Bauer. They advise not to use any fabric softener ever. Apparently with these type of shirts, the liquid fabric softener can cause a waxy buildup in the fibers, where they won’t work with cooling that they are intended to provide. I don’t feel like these cause any build up and there isn’t a concern with these about staining your clothing since I have been using these consistently and I have not had any problems. I highly recommend these and hopefully the company will come down on the price at some point. The other brands tend to be too highly priced as well. The good thing is that it doesn’t take a large amount for the desired results. I think if you purchase these that you will never buy any other brand of this type of product in the future. These spoil you.

smells good and not too strong

I wanted to try this out after Dreft decided to change the scent on their laundry detergent, which by the way, puts me in the mindset of those stinky scented trash bags. I wanted by little ones clothes to smell like the baby fresh scent that I love. I was so disappointed until I heard of the Dreft scent boosters. I thought, what the heck? Why not? Let’s try it out and see if it works. The verdict you ask... I love this scent! It smells just like the original baby Dreft scent that I love and it also stays fresh for an extended period of time. I use a dye free fragrance free laundry detergent and add the Dreft scent booster to my baby’s laundry, and voila, smells like laundry heaven! Some people complain about the beads not being filled to the tippy top, but mine was filled up enough. It’s definitely not like the Lay’s potato chip bag where 3/4 of the bag is air and 1/4 is filled with chips. I wish Dreft would go back to the original laundry scent so I don’t have to add the scent boosters, but this will definitely do for now. I 100% approve this product. Go ahead and try it for yourself, you won’t be disappointed.

A huge congratulations to all those involved in making this product. I initially bought it for a friend for a baby shower (I like to give practical gifts) and I ended buying one for myself just to try it. When I tell you, this is the best laundry scent booster I have ever tried. I forgot I used it in a load and about three weeks after, I was using a fresh towel and when I tell you, the scent was there as though it was just laundered. I can't say if it lasts the full 12 weeks as I tend to use what's on top in the cupboard (towels and sheets or drawer (clothes) .I don't know if some my say the scent is overwhelming, maybe it's based on the amount used. I don't really use the measuring cover so I can't tell how much I actually use. This product is targeted for babies only from what I've seen but I can tell you, try it, you'll LOVE it. I am going to try the laundry detergent eventually. I've heard it smells just as good. The things we get excited about as adults is amazing 😂

After reading reviews i decided to try this and i am very happy with the results. My laundry smells amazing! At timesbl i find the smell can be overpowering so I adjust and use half cups on each each wash. It comes down to personal preference i guess. I love the light fresh scent it adds to my clothes and sheets.
