Has anyone tried this with Libre freestyle?

Yes, I use it with the Libre and it works pretty well - it starts to come off around day 9 or 10, but I just carefully replace the patch with another one. Without the patches, I was losing sensors many days early.

My bra pulls the sensor off, it gets pulled off on the blanket, if I rub against the wall it falls off. Will this help keep the sensor on??

I have found that the Skin Grip patch holds the sensor and transmitter very securely. I wear the devices on the back of my arm, and have found these patches, which are waterproof, very helpful I use the Medtronic 770 system. Hope this helps.

What are the measurements?

The Skin Grip is Oval and measures 4 inches by 3 3/8 and I highly recommend it.
