I bought this WAOAW sleep mask and earplugs set to use on planes and it’s been exactly what I hoped for. The mask fits comfortably around my head and blocks out light really well, which makes it much easier to actually sleep on flights or in bright hotel rooms. The earplugs are a nice bonus and do a good job of reducing noise without feeling uncomfortable in my ears. The materials feel soft and comfortable enough to wear for long stretches, and the whole set is lightweight and easy to pack in a travel bag. Between the mask and earplugs, I actually get a lot more rest on long trips than I used to. I bought this eye mask for a long flight to Europe. I thought about buying a thin "regular" eye mask but I wanted something comfortable and something that would not let light in through the sides. This mask completely checks all the boxes! The mask is so impressively dark that it was a little bit disorienting when I first put it on. No light whatsoever gets through this thing. It's really soft, comfortable, doesn't feel itchy, or too tight across the bridge of my noise. It's also super lightweight. I get migraines a lot and I'll definitely be using this eye mask for that purpose too. I could have done a little better with putting the nose part over the bridge of my nose but in my defense it's hard to take selfies when you can't see anything. 😆 (Superfine "permanent pen" for size.)

I've been looking for a good blackout sleep mask for a while, but I was always hesitant to drop the cash for the 100+ dollar masks named after a sea creature. The few I'd pick up from a local store that claimed to be blackout masks let in a lot of light fron the sides, and didn't seem to be made for people with larger noses. I picked this one up on a whim with another order thinking it was just going to be a quick travel holdover until the other mask showed up. The night it arrived I gave it a test run just to see, and was surprised how well it blocked out all the light. I decided to get to sleep with it on, comfortable in the total darkness it provided and slept a lot better than I usually do. It stayed in place without feeling like there was too much pressure, even as a sidesleeper. I woke up and took a quick peek under the mask to see full light in the room, and found out I actually forgot to turn off the overhead light in my bedroom, and I knew this was the one. I tend to get bothered by even the small led lights from various electronics, even with dimmer stickers on, so a mask that lets me sleep soundly in a fully lit room is an absolute winner. It was my perrct sleep accessory when taking a long train trip, and folded up for easy storage without issue. Being a literal 10th of the price of the "fancy sleep masks" makes this an absolute value.

Excellent. We’ve bough two of them at this point. The bumper around the edge hold it off your eyes, but is also soft enough that it is comfortable if you sleep on your side. It efficiently keeps light out and it stays in place. Absolutely recommend!!

Honestly I give it a 4.5 start rating. It really does block out all light and is very comfortable on my face. I got this due to having my partner as well as nieces and nephews who have to fall asleep to noise. Which sadly means I have to suffer time to time with the TV on when they visit me. However I'm also a side sleeper and thats where my issue lies. The mask gets uncomfortable and it pushes on my face which makes me have to readjust it to find a more comfortable placement.

We ended up buying more of these masks. Very comfortable to wear for bed time or taking a nap, easy to pack for trips, cleans easily when handwashing, and they have maintained their light canceling after multiple wears and cleanings. Strap is easy to adjust, fits well and not too tight.
