My daughter runs cross country and started to complain of minor pain in her heel after long runs. Her coaches suggested I buy some supportive insole to replace the awful and practically non-existence soles in her running shoes. We bought these insoles, and continued to ice her heel and run short distances, and within 3 days her pain was gone. I'm completely convinced that these insoles made all the difference. I've since done a little research and it seems that children's arches do not fully form for awhile, and supportive insoles and very important. Most children's sneakers/tennis shoes offer zero arch support. I am so pleased with these soles that I bought a second pair for my younger daughter (she also runs).

I can definitely tell a difference in how my son walks and his general stance since putting these in about two weeks ago. Without them he still has flat feet but hopefully with the continuous wear of them, they will help correct his feet. He says walking and running is much more comfortable now and that his feet and knees don't hurt like they used to when he wasn't wearing them. Great product to buy if your children suffer from flat feet and I highly recommend them.

Likes: They are comfortable. They function as they should. I really like the colors. They have a great range of sizes. These insoles are not very slippery but there is a little bit of slipperiness. They are very easy to cut to fit since there are lines to help cut them exactly right. Dislikes: They don’t have much of an arch so it don’t have much arch support. The size runs a little small so it is good to go up a size. The lines to help direct the cut causes the insole to be very narrow if you follow the exact line. They are much thinner than I expected.

I needed this product for my 12-year-old daughter. I couldn’t find anything in the store that fit her size 4 sneaker. The support is OK could be better but she definitely says her feet feel better with the inserts. Until she is old enough to get more expensive supports these will definitely do. Didn’t give it five stars because I was hoping for a little better support but does the job.

Love these insoles! My son's knees look lined up and he seems to run better. They are stiff enough that they don't collapse, super easy to trim to size and make the difference for which I was hoping. I am so happy. I will definitely buy more as he and his brother grow.

Insoles fit easily into my son's youth size 5 Nike and Under Amour shoes as well as Adidas cleats size 4.5. They help relieve some pain from his flat arches. They were inexpensive enough that we could purchase multiple pairs, as not to have to switch them from shoe to show.

Purchased these for my son (5). His feet go inwards. He has orthotics but he refuses to wear them. He’s autistic so a lot of sensory issues. He was on day two of wearing them when he saw his physical therapist and she said there is a noticeable difference already and said I could stop using the orthotics on him if I wanted to. I will continue to get these insoles as he grows. Oh, another bit of information. These insoles don’t arch his foot up high. Other brands that I have purchased in the past did that and it was very difficult to find shoes for him.

My son needed these as he a lot of arch pain - he doesn't have flat feet or high arches, but more like plantar fasciitis. This is his second pair ( he outgrew the first set). They have reduced the amount of pain he has significantly and they hold up very well. Great product!

I got 1 for my 1 and a half-year-old daughter and it was good. I cut size 10 and it fits neatly. You cannot see the flaw when she is walking but I hope it has a permanent effect
