I use the BlueParrott B350-XT Mono Bluetooth Wireless Headset every day for business, and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s hands down one of the best investments I’ve made for my work routine. What I love: Exceptional Sound Quality: The sound is crystal clear, both for me and the person on the other end. Whether I’m taking calls in a busy office or on the go, the audio quality is always top-notch. Noise Cancellation: The noise-canceling technology is a game changer. Even in noisy environments, my voice comes through loud and clear, and I can hear others perfectly without distractions. Comfortable Fit: I wear this headset for hours every day, and it’s incredibly comfortable. The ear pad is soft, and the adjustable headband ensures a secure fit without causing discomfort. These headphones do a stellar job at removing background noise. Some details: Functionality: 5/5 - I got these headphones for my job, which allowed me to work from home. My WiFi at the time wasn't great, so I would regularly have to work from a coffee shop that had a ton of background noise (especially during holidays - the owners kind of went wild especially during Halloween). Despite the werewolf animatronics howling every few minutes, none of the background noise could be heard by coworkers or clients. Because these aren't noise cancelling headphones, the background noise might still be distracting to you, but if your only concern is blocking others from hearing your background noise, these are superb. Comfort: 3.5/5 - They're a bit uncomfortable, to be honest. It digs into your temple a bit. You can adjust the tension and length, but if you have to wear them for an extended period of time (such as if you have several meetings in a row), it will almost definitely start to hurt a bit over time. Audio quality: 4/5 - The audio quality is fine. Obviously these aren't going to be a great option for listening to music, but for their intended purpose they meet expectations. My only issue is that listening to audio out of only one ear can get annoying after a while. You can adjust/reverse them, so it's easy to switch ears, but then you're still just hearing out of one ear. However, while it would be nice to have noise cancelling headphones that go over both ears, a simple glance at the product images tells you that these headphones won't provide that, so the fact that you can only hear out of one ear hasn't impacted my overall rating because it wasn't a case of an unmet expectation. Overall, these headphones do pretty much exactly what they claim. They block out background noise like a charm, and the microphone still picks up your voice without making it sound weird. For that reason, despite the slight discomfort, I feel this product does deserve five stars - although I would probably go 4.5 if I could.

Battery last forever! Great clarity. Comfortable on the ear for extended use. Easy to connect to your phone.

Fit is comfortable. 1.Range is short. If I leave my phone in the cab and walk to the back of the truck (26') it disconnects. 2. It is convenient to verbally answer or reject calls. The voice prompt announcing the callers name is garbled however. My main caller has a one syllable first and last name, and it is indistinguishable. BlueParrot needs to improve it. 3. I have had no complaints from people I have spoken to, ANC and voice clarity are good on the other end.

Every truck driver knows that a good phone conversation makes the miles go by that much faster. This headset is worth the money. It silences the background noise for easy conversations even in a loud environment. It is user friendly and fits comfortably over the ear. The battery life is amazing and recharge time is quick. Connecting via bluetooth is simple and it maintains the connection. Avoid a ticket by staying hands free.

According to the product specifications, the device is supposed to have a range of up to 300 feet. However, when I step out of my truck to check the rear lights, the signal is consistently lost well before that distance. This behavior does not match the advertised performance, so I’m concerned that the unit may be defective or that the stated range is inaccurate. I rely on this functionality for my work, and this issue is affecting its usability.

My trucker is a blue parrott guy. They last longer and sound quality is better. Easy to use and comfortable fit

Well worth the money for me. I work in a noisy environment and this cuts almost all of that out for the other person. It is not intended to do that for me - and because it covers only one ear, that would be impossible. The audio quality is average but clear enough. Battery life is not great but it charges up again quickly on a USB cable and it can be used while charging. Easy to put on one-handed. In heavy traffic it picks up almost none of the noise while driving. Buttons are a bit fiddly so I don't use them much. I don't use the app but can still answer/ignore by voice when it announces the caller. It's comfortable even though I have glasses on at the same time. I just move it a bit any time it gets less than comfortable.

Too soon to review - but preliminary impression is that it lives up to expectations. I am upgrading from the 550 to 650, on account of the USB-C port. This feels a bit heavier than the 550, but it does not bother me when in use. 550's Micro-USB port is broken and only charges if I put it in Yoga positions. I have ruled out cable and charger etc. as the root cause by trying many. I am hoping USB-C will last longer due to its design.
