Sulwhasoo Gentle Cleansing Oil - Korean Cleanser for All Skin Types, Hydrating, Soothing & Refreshing, Removes Waterproof Makeup, SPF & Pore Clogging Impurities

Sulwhasoo is my absolute favorite Korean skincare brand. I've tried a lot of their products, but never tried the Gentle Cleansing Oil. A couple months ago, I ordered it to give it a try. This is a 1.7 ounce bottle with a pump. It is designed to gently and deeply cleanse and remove oil based products including waterproof makeup - which it works great for. It is formulated with nice antioxidant ingredients. In running it through an ingredient analysis, it came back with the following: contains fragrance and oil, but is free of alcohol, silicones, sulfates, and parabens. Of all the Sulwhasoo products I've tried, this one has the lightest scent. I love how foamy this face cleanser gets. It is easy to use and I love using my booster pro cleanse attachment with it. This leaves my face feeling so soft and clean without feeling dehydrated and tight. My skin looks very nourished after using. I use this on days that I wear makeup, and use the cleansing wash in conjunction. I have had no adverse reactions to it and absolutely love the quality. While Sulwhasoo is a luxury skincare brand, this travel size bottle is a great value if you're wanting to try it without a larger investment. A little goes a long way and it's going to last me a long time!

I’ve heard so much about Sulwhasoo skincare, and I’ve always wanted to try it. I found this mini Gentle Cleansing Oil and thought it would be the perfect way to dip my toe in. I’m so glad I did! The oil has a light gray tint and a silky, lightweight texture that spreads easily and doesn't feel too thick or heavy. It dissolves my makeup effortlessly, and it feels so soothing as it glides across my skin that I kept massaging it in longer than I needed to. It has a light, subtle fragrance that’s really pleasant, and the whole experience feels like a little spa moment. After rinsing, my skin felt soft and comfortable, and I had zero irritation the next day. For how well it performs, it’s a great value, and I can definitely see myself purchasing a larger size when this runs out as well as testing the rest of the line.

My only concern would just be that it doe not last very long. So for the price I don't feel like you get enough value for the amount you get. But works well!! I didn't break out at all and I am severely acne prone

I have received the sample of this cleansing oil along with the cleanser in my beauty box. I fell in love! The cleansing oil washes away all the makeup, gentle on my face, doesn’t make my skin oily since it is water-based. I use Sulwhasoo cleanser after. My face looks fresh and clean. I purchased a bigger bottle for both after I finished my samples. You don't need to pump a lot of cleansing oil, little bit is enough. I purchased one for my friend who complained that most cleansers strip her face and she loved this oil. Definitely a must-have especially if you like to use foundation, powder etc on your face

I love cleansing oils and this one does not disappoint. Sulwhasoo is too pricey for me but this trial/travel size was very reasonably priced to try it out, or for travel. Though as with other cleansing oils it feels oily when you pump a little in your hand(s), after you massage it over your face, it emulsifies and there is no trace of oil. It has a slight scent that I can't place but it's not overwhelming and doesn't linger. My skin feels soft after using. I do feel it cleansing effectively but if you are wearing makeup or sunscreen you may want to consider a double cleanse. This little bottle will last a while for a travel size as a little goes a long way. It's a beautiful K-Beauty brand. Wish they had more travel sizes!

Amazing cleansing oil! Removes all the makeup (including mascara) without too much rubbing needed, definitely recommend!

It was average. Worked mostly on makeup, but had no smell, which is weird for a cleanser. I enjoy the smells of beauty products.

I am entering my era of late 20s where you start to take making your skincare routine a priority and I have a couple other high end cleansers (Eminence, Estée Lauder) and I would use cereve acne cleanser in the shower. I would use those cleansers to double cleanse sometimes or start with ponds crème and then cleanse, but I have never experienced clean skin like I have with these two products. You really do feel the blackheads melt away with the cleansing oil. Definitely start just oil then add a little water to emulsify and it feels so light and buttery in your skin. It wasn’t heavy on my skin at all and washed off easily. The foaming cleanser made my skin feel so fresh and clean but NOT dry at all. I have never truly been impressed with any beauty product until tonight. Wow. I dried my skin off with a single use facial cleansing towel and it was the most clean and luxurious my skin has ever felt. Definitely try this, it does not disappoint.

I love the feeling of this oil on my skin and cleaning proprieties, the orange flower scent is a bit overpowering ( beeing very sensitive to scents) , having a mixed skin type, but it caused me few minor skin breakouts, so it does suit for my skin type.

I love the smell, the clean feeling but it does nothing at removing mascara. Racoon eyes galore!!

Good product

I originally had my doubts but wanted to try it. I'm so glad I did! Purchasing their other products now. It leaves a skin glow healthy skin. Love it!!
