I bought this for my 9-year-old daughter who has fine, dry hair that tangled constantly. It was very difficult to comb, but this treatment has been a game-changer. The scent is pleasant and not bothersome at all. ​My Application Process: ​Prep: Wash hair with a clarifying (anti-residue) shampoo and blow-dry until about 80% dry. ​Application: Apply the product leaving a few millimeters of space from the scalp. I experienced no skin irritation or allergic reactions, but I highly recommend a strand test first to be safe. ​Wait & Rinse: Let it sit for 1 hour, then rinse with water only. ​Drying: Towel dry and then use a blow dryer. Note: The hair might feel a bit 'heavy' at this stage—this is normal! ​Sealing: The magic happens during flat ironing. I ironed each strand about 10 times at 450°F. I used a titanium plate iron, which made the process faster and sealed the product perfectly. ​The Results: As soon as you start flat ironing, the hair becomes as smooth as butter. The shine is immediate and impressive. It has made my daughter's hair so much easier to manage and incredibly soft. Highly recommended for anyone struggling with frizz and tangles!

I am hot and cold on this one. I did not recall anything on the post saying that this is "for professional use only", but the jar did say that in the directions. It arrived so tightly wrapped in a heavy plastic that I had to cut it off. I could not read the directions through the plastic. If I had, I would have returned the product. I had it and could not return it since it was open, so I gave it a try. I might have used a bit too much product. After shampooing with a clarifying shampoo, you are supposed to "dry 40%." I was not sure how dry that was. After that, you flat iron the hair dry. That is the tricky part, since you can easily singe the hair. When I do it again, I will use much less product and try blow drying, which is gentler. After the previous process, you "rinse thoroughly" and style as usual. I rinsed for 7-8 minutes. I could feel the strength and fullness in my hair (even while wet), which I certainly liked. While drying and my final flatiron, my hands kept getting a film on them (I washed them at least 4 times while styling), so I obviously did not rinse enough (leading me to the conclusion that I had used too much product). My hair feels stronger and has stayed straighter, but it does not have its usual softness and shine. UPDATE: the second time I used it, I blow dried my hair with the product still in. It took a longer than usual time to dry and my hair felt gummy, but fuller and stronger. I followed that by not just rinsing, but a light shampoo to remove the excess product. Then, I blow dried my hair again. It left my hair thicker, fuller, stronger and straighter. I did not even have to flat iron my hair! I plan o using this about once a month. BTW: because I originally left a tepid review, the company contacted me and asked what they could do to make me happy and gave me suggestions for using the product successfully. This is a very reputable company. They really impressed me!

Excelente producto lo amé, mi cabello está súper maltratado y siento que este producto me lo recupero un 60 o 70% y estoy encantada, nada me había ayudado ya que las decoloraciones me lo habían dejado muy mal pero con esto me caso 😂🥰

I shouldn't have even tried using it after noticing the directions on the container and online are different. I used the directions on the container and BOY was that a mistake! Ruined my straightener, got so many tangles that I lost a lot of hair, and as soon as I rinsed it out I could tell how dry my hair was! I put a deep conditioning mask in it immediately to try to repair the damage this product did
