It installed in an M720q perfectly and working fine. Using with a quad nic card for OPNSense.

fits M720q, fixing stud(to case) on the backside of the board was poorly attached.

Added 10gb network card to Lenovo ThinkCentre M720q
Inexpensive option to add dual 10Gb Network a M720q Tiny. I'm using the M720q Tiny as my OPNsense Router. I would probably work for adding a low wattage, low profile graphics card, too. Beware that it might require a more powerful power brick, if you put a graphics card in the Lenovo Tiny PCs.
