What I needed
Exactly what I ordered, and was shipped fast. Not complaints from this company. As for the product, it's the same thing I buy from Epson directly, just through Amazon, so nothing much I can add to that. I wish these printers would run with one or more of the colored inks missing as long as the black works, but the modern printer doesn't, so I'm reduced to keeping backstock of inks.

Good ink but damaged box shipped?
Epson inks are great but they sent a smushed box- really? It better work fine is all I can say. Annoyed....

Just as good as the real thing!
The printer detects that it's not an authentic HP product but I am able to override that. The quality is just as good. I used these for the past year and they have never failed. I love the price savings!

I hate you epson
These ink cartridges don't last long and they're sooo expensive!!! They print nicely with my epson printer but they don't even last till empty most of the time. Before te ink is gone my printer tells me that it doesn't recognize the cartridge and that I have to replace them. I suspect that this is because I usually print using only black for shipping labels but the colors still get marked on the striker plate. After too many marks your printer will think you are using refilled cartridges instead of new. I think epson made their printers especially sensitive so that consumers won't get away with buying ink from anyone else. Of course I'm no expert and I can't prove it but from the plethora of reviews I've read this is my consensus. So please, if you havnt bought your epson printer yet buy another brand!!! If you buy epson you will regret it and you will go broke!!!
