I was looking for replacement cameras for a brand that I had used for years due to the fact that that particular company changed the app forcing us to watch ads before we could view live or footage. These cameras were very surprising! 1) The price is very reasonable. 2) The option to purchase and use a micro sd card instead of having a monthly subscription fee if you so choose. 3) Easy set up and the app is very user friendly with lots of options. 5) The picture quality is outstanding. These are so good that I have purchased 6 of them! The photos show camera view during the day and the same window at night with very little light. Great little cameras!

This camera works perfect to be able to check on my newly adopted cat while I’m out of the house. It has a lot of customizable features and sends notifications whenever she’s moving around in the living room. The video quality is great as well even at night when it’s darker. The app is free and easy to use. Privacy mode is nice to use when I’m home with her.

I needed a camera in the bedroom my granddaughter sleeps in. She's 11 months old and refuses to sleep in her crib. So, I've been having her nap in the master bedroom and now I can watch her from my phone. Very good video and sound. I'm very impressed. This works better than the baby cam that is set up for the crib. I can enlarge the pic and zero in on her remotely with my phone. It was super affordable and works great.

We’ve been using the Tapo indoor security camera to keep an eye on our puppy, and overall it’s been very useful! The setup was easy, and the camera connects quickly to our home Wi‑Fi so we can check the live feed right from our phone. The video quality is clear, which makes it easy to see what our puppy is doing throughout the day — whether they’re sleeping, playing, or getting into mischief. The motion detection alerts are great too; we get notifications when there’s movement, so we don’t have to constantly watch the live view. Night vision works well in low light, so even when the lights are off we can still see what’s going on. The two‑way audio feature is also handy — we can talk to our puppy through the camera if they seem anxious, and it helps us feel more connected even when we’re not in the room. The only minor downside is that sometimes the app notifications are a little slow or can trigger on small movements that aren’t super important, but that hasn’t been a big issue for us. Overall, the Tapo indoor security camera is a dependable and affordable way to watch our puppy while we’re away or busy — clear video, easy setup, and helpful features make it worth having.

Im impressed with this little camera, especially since the price is so dang affordable! Picture quality is amazing, even in the dark it's super clear! Two way sound is pretty good as well. Set up was straight forward and simple getting started. I definitely recommend this camera if you're thinking about one, this is it!

Very impressed with this little security camera. App is very easy to use, had no issues setting it up on my Android. The app allowed me to set record times for any time of the day or night. The recordings came out great. I was trying to catch a glimpse of the critter outside my bedroom window making a racket in the middle of the night. FYI...you cannot place it in a window looking outside, at night. Since it has night vision, the tiny light comes on and reflects against the window glass. Duh, and I felt stupid after trying that. Anyway, I ended up putting it outside in a bush, covered with a brown cloth since I got the white one. I used an extension cord, just for a few nights, and it did the trick! Captured this little...girl, I think, since she snagged my cloth, probably building a nest nearby (possum for those unfamilar). Too funny. The noise may or may not have been her, but it was fun using the camera. Will try again later, still hearing noises weeks later, we have some serious wildlife in our little Atlanta suburb hood. Also used it for a short time in our garage to capture the comings and goings of our cat through cat doors and worked like a charm, even in cold temps.

This camera is AMAZING for the price. The camera is clear and almost widened to see the entire room. Also, you can zoom in on the screen which is nice. I bought this for my dog for while I was at work, and it was so nice to be able to check in on her and talk to her throughout the day. Plus, the night mode works great and automatically will turn on when it’s dark. And, the app will alert you when it detects movement, if you allow it to. Sometimes the microphone will lag, but I will take that for how affordable it is.

Only issue some times while reviewing the recording in app you find few seconds of interrupted like cutter off recording ! Not much of deal for me as I use it internally so I know what it missed !

I absolutely love Bambu printers. Even the entry-level A1, A1 Mini have excellent capabilities. If you upgrade to the P-series and up you get even better capabilities and flexibility of the enclosed printers. However, one thing that remains lagging and absolutely needs to be improved are the cameras. AFAIK, the A1, A1 mini, P1P/P1S share the same module; the P2 improves on this a little bit. You would have to go to the X1 carbon to the H-series to get better picture quality (and video feed). The attached picture was from the video feed of the C100, in total darkness. This is a $20 camera. This camera is optimized for room viewing and not close-ups, but the image quality far surpasses the built-in cameras of the printers I mentioned. I would have gladly paid an upgrade fee for a replacement Bambu OE camera. Two of my printers are in one upstairs bedroom (converted into a home office), another printer is located in a ground floor room, while a 4th printer is in the garage. Having a good view of the print in progress is a must and the "slideshow-quality" of the images taken by the OE cameras leave a lot to be desired. I tried this C100 to see what kind of improvement I could get with their cheapest model and I was in awe at the quality comparison. 720-1080p @ 15-30fps is more than adequate. You can watch the video on your phone using the Tapo app or access the network stream via RTSP. The picture showed was captured using VLC media player. Setup was simple and straightforward. Just make sure you connect to the same wireless network SSID as your phone (the printer and phone need to be in the same network group), otherwise you will be prompted every 5 minutes or so to "continue watching the stream". Once you've setup wifi-access, the app does not allow you to change the SSID. You would have to do a full reset of the camera itself to change any network configuration. Other than that, you can view all your cameras using different 3rd party methods. Power is via a small 9V DC brick with barrel connectors. The wire is sufficiently long for placing the camera in an elevated position. The camera works in both light and dark conditions and has real night vision. It also has motion detection sensors. No subscription is required. You don't need storage if you are only viewing, but may want to add 16-128GB SD card if you want to do review previous videos.
