Good Chia seeds
These are good quality chia seeds and knowing they are organic installs faith in the product.

Chia seeds are great, but be warned!
Good value and quality product. If you’ve just discovered chia seeds and are introducing them into your diet just make sure you soak them first. If you don't, you might find yourself in a very solid situation, where things get backed up, and the plumbing gets a bit… difficult. Let's just say a trip to the bathroom becomes an event, and you might want to have a plunger on standby.

Good quality and as described The new packaging isn’t as good as the old one. Harder to pour it and now can’t reseal but the product itself is good

A bit expensive for so little
I took one star away cos of price. put a dessert spoon of Chia seeds and ground linseed in with a flat tablespoon of porrige oats, topped with Kefir and fresh fruit. Makes a great breakfast and i dont need to eat or snack for many hours.
