I buy these salts on Amazon because they are more expensive in store most of the time. I opt for the unscented because added essential oils sometimes give me skin reactions. These salts dissolve in water completely within a few minutes. I like to stand on them with my feet first when I get in the bath and once I lay down they’re pretty much all gone- no gritty bits left. They’re a nice little bath time treat. I like that they don’t use any unnecessary parabens or sls or unnecessary additives- it’s pure Epsom salt. Value for money is great too - these last me a couple of months of one bath a week. Me and my partner both use these so we opt for the bigger packs. Have bought these as gifts too and they always get a good review. I use half a cup in my bath. The pouch is easy to use- keep the seal dry so you can reseal after each use. Even if I forget to seal the bag sometimes the salts don’t try out or get moisture in I find. Nice little treat for bath time.

Not bad value for money and soaks away in to the bath water to help with aching muscles. A re-seal bag would have been helpful. I’ve had to decant in to a big jam jar.

Ho acquistato questo prodotto per alleggerire le gambe gonfie visto che, lavorando in piedi tutto il giorno, ho problemi di micricircolo e di conseguenza di ritenzione idrica. Premesso che l'efficacia di questi trattamenti è sempre soggettiva, fortunatamente con me ha fatto il suo dovere. Ho preparato una soluzione satura disciogliendo 300gr in un litro di acqua alla temperatura di 37/39 gradi. (Sinceramente trovo inutile spendere soldi per bende con le quali avvolgere le gambe, usate un vecchio leggins come ho fatto io) quando il sale si è disciolto ho immerso il leggins, l'ho strizzato e indossato per 50 minuti distesa sul divano protetta da una busta di plastica. L'effetto è stato sorprendente fin dal primo utilizzo. Pelle più levigata ma soprattutto un riscontro dato dalla misurazione e peso effettuati prima e dopo, un centrimetro in meno in ogni punto e 700gr in meno di peso!!!!! Gambe leggerissime e sgonfie!!! Da fare una volta alla settimana. Il prodotto è ben confezionato i cristalli sono puri e di grana piccola, veramente un ottimo prodotto, mi sento di consigliarlo quantomeno per provare perché come da premessa, i risultati dei trattamenti sono sempre soggettivi. Je l'utilise de cette façon : - Quelques gouttes au fond d'un verre de chaque huile essentielle nécéssaire (attention à utiliser les bons mélanges compatibles pour la peau) suivant l'effet souhaité : détente, détoxifiant, amaincissant, rhumatismes, aphrodisiaque, circulation, décontractant, dormir, douceur, inflammations, immunité, inflammations, mycoses,... - Optionnellement une cuillère d'huile vierge d'amande douce (HV) ou autre suivant besoin à mélanger avec HE - 5 cm au moins de SEL D'EPSOM Secouez le tout jusqu'à ce que les granules de sel absorbent les HE/HV. Versez dans le bain quand il coule ! ENJOY !!!
