Nice little set purchased for my boys 2nd birthday. Colours are lovely and a good variety. Twisty part is easy enough for my 2 year old to twist on his own (which needs to be watched as he will twist it the whole way up and then there's the problem with the crayon nearly snapping off) price is good for quantity provided. Definitely recommend

It turns out that drawing a rainbow works only if you use colours. Apparently using a graphite Hb to 6b pencil set to shade in doesn't work. My life has been changed since I found these - I feel like I am in the real life wizard of Oz of drawing I remember getting these for Christmas as a child and remembering these were my prized possesion. So I have purchased as a gift for my niece and these work very well. No mucky crayons with peeling paper and less breakage. I can remember my frustration when I was working in my turner prize entry at the age of 3 and a crayon would break after a little pressure. (Turner prize at age 3 you say, well, these werent invented until I was about 7 so who is to say I couldn't have been) Will be good if these have refills to reuse the barrels for green credentials I will have to look. Otherwise great purchase for younger children or even those who like to colour (be a rebel and go outside the lines - a bit of Anarachy will improve the world)

I purchased these crayons for my two year old after she seemed to be showing a preference for using pens, but definitely wasn’t ready for felt tips. I have to say I now prefer these to the chunky crayons that she was using previously. At this stage they seem easier for her to hold and I’ve not had to worry about breakages due to the protective plastic casing. What I will say is that my husband and I have noticed one or two of the crayon sticks falling out of the casing, which would obviously make them vulnerable to breaking, but we spotted this quickly, they easily slot back in and it hasn’t happened again. The twisting mechanism is also slightly fiddly for small hands, but once they are twisted up, they stay up, so it’s easy enough to set them all up for your young one and leave them to it. We received a brilliant array of colours. We didn’t have the ‘fifty shades of brown’ that others seem to have received, but we did receive quite a few purples. This hasn’t been a problem for our little girl. The majority of the crayons are really vibrant on paper - one or two come out quite faded/muted, which definitely make them the less favoured colour choice with my daughter, but are still very useable. The crayons themselves also seem to last for ages - after a great deal of use they have worn down very little. All in all, I have been very pleased/impressed. I suspect we will be using them until she is indeed ready for felt tips (or more likely I’m ready for her to have them…).

My nieces love these. Bought in prime sale at very good price so bought them a set each so no fighting 😂 Deigned very well and look great. Must have for every child.

Bought them on sale for less than £5 which was exceptionally good value. We love these pencils. Twist and there is more pencil ready to go. Good colours. Look lovely. Feel good quality in your hand. Standard pencil thickness
