I started using this bottle about 3 weeks ago and it has honestly made me 2-3 shades lighter, I started with a bang taking 6 tabs a day for maximum results and i pair this with the Ivory caps vitamin c caps my beauty regimen still stays the same, wash my face every night and apply my night cream, same for day, day cream with SPF protection. you just have to make sure you are consistent with it, i already finished my one bottle and just ordered the trio bottle to continue. i am officially about 2-3 shades lighter, my arms and my chest as well. i think the product really works and i am glad i stumbled on it here, will continue to buy. Hubby is actually surprised how fresh my face looks. I have naturally uneven skin-tone and this REALLY helps to balance things out and make my face even. I have even changed the color of my MAC studio fix foundation to a lighter shade and i don't wear concealer anymore since i have no unevenness to cover. Good luck guys!

I use this product for overall health for I believe it represents the mother of all vitamins. I have outstanding health as a result of using this product along with other supplements and maintaining proper diet and exercise. However, one of the side effects of using this product is that it lightens your skin. I didn't realize how true this really was until people who hadn't seen me for some time comments how lighter my skin had gotten. This asked if I did some procedure. When I looked at some pictures of myself from years ago I was shocked myself as to how much lighter my skin color is now. The price did slightly increase recently, but if you want an effective product it works!

It did not worked that well.. Perhaps the metabolism.

I've been taking these Glutathione capsules from Ivory Caps for over a year. I was encouraged by my wife to take these to help remove the dark circles around my eyes- and they did not disappoint! I noticed the improvement within 2 months after starting these. No other treatment worked for me. I have tried various topical treatments- creams, gels, ointments, etc to reduce the dark circles around my eyes and none of them have worked! It was only when I started taking these capsules that there was significant improvement with the disappearance of the dark circles around my eyes. One just has to be patient and diligent with taking them daily along with Vitamin C (apparently to improve the absorption of the glutathione) as my wife incessantly reminds me. Also, they may have made my face appear smoother and younger as one of my coworkers recently complimented my complexion. Give them a try. They will not disappoint.

I bought thousands from Amazon. First Amazon cheats. When you put stuff in your car make sure you add them your self before paying because Amazon some times will charge you almost $50 more for items that should cost more then $120. Their no interest for few months on their credit cards, are just a sceam, I lost thousands. And now they make you pay fee for prime supposed to give easy delivery and returns. Well I was unpleasant surprised when I call for a defective phone and requested exchange how amazon play games. (I called and reported that the phone was defective July 16).First, it's 3 party shopping we can give you their phone and contact. Second, No he can't be exchanged because it's not amazon product. Third. you will not have your refund until 2 weeks, (So I have to be without phone for 2 week) I said well let me try a little longer because maybe he was network issues, (supervisor, ok). When I called July 7/30 because the phone wouldn't charge more then 70percent now and I can go all day I can't heard people in the other side. Amazon said, we no longer can deal with this you have to contact directly seller. second, W e can't returned it because return warranty was June 30. If you return it you may not have your full refund and Amazon have nothing to do with that. I said, well I bought from Amazon. and I talk with a supervisor July 16 she didn't told me this. Amazon Sophia U, well " We can't help you contact seller but you will not have full refund". I will never buy another phone from Amazon. Here's a quick update: I've been using this product consistently, and on a maintenance dose of 2 pills/day. Works great. My complexion went from milk chocolate to caramel. I still take the appropriate amount of vitamin C. Keep in mind Glut & vit-C are great antioxidants and the skin lightening is only a side effect. I'm going to answer a few questions from the comments: 1. No, I am not affiliated with the Palmer family behind the Palmer skin care line 2. This is the vitamin C supplement I use: Twinlab C-1000 Capsules, 1000mg 250 capsules 3. I use this on my knees, knuckles and backside before bed: Esoterica Nighttime with Regular Moisturizer, 2.5 Ounce I could use it on my face too but I already have my desired skin tone. Don't overdo it, this cream works very well! 4. I use this soap: Palmer's Skin Success Anti-Dark Spot Complexion Bar, 3.50 oz (Pack of 12) (Note: as of this writing, any size other than the 24-pack is a complete ripoff!) 5. I use this as lotion: Skin Success Eventone Fade Milk with Vitamin E and Alpha Hydroxy - 8.5 Fluid Ounces Hope this helps! *** Original 2013 review *** This product works great, but it should be noted that for maximum efficiency there a few things you should do. 1) Calculate your dose. To achieve the skin lightening effects of glutathione you must calculate the dose necessary for therapeutic levels. Resources online say you should take 20-40mg per kg (~2.2 lbs) of body weight, per day in 2-3 divided doses. So if you weigh 130 lbs you should take between ~1200mg and 2400mg a day. That's 2-3 capsules. I recommend taking them after a meal. Remember to spread the doses out. When you have reached your desired complexion you can cut back to a "maintenance dose" of half your regular dose. If you keep taking the product you WILL keep getting light (more on that in section 6). 2) Increase your Vitamin C intake. Without going into lengthy scientific explanation, vitamin C helps L-Glut absorb easier. Resources online say you should match or double your vitamin C intake for each mg of L-glut. However I recommend not to exceed 2000mg of vitamin C. I was taking 3000mg (double my dose of 1500mg L-Glut) and started getting stomach cramps. I looked it up and found that to be a symptom of vitamin C overdose, so please pay attention not to start popping vitamin C pills. Administer your serving of vitamin C at the same time you take the L-glut. By the way, Vitamin C itself is a skin lighener in high (1000mg+) doses, over time. This is important and I will bring it up later. 3) Consider a topical cream. L-glut works, but from the lower skin layers up. So a lot of people get discouraged at the rate of the lightening. I recommend adding a skin cream to the regimen for faster, longer lasting results. Personally I used Palmer's Skin Success for the first two months, applying in the morning before heading out and in the evening before bed. This is not a recommendation-- I am just telling you what I used. Palmer's SS has hydroquinone and I encourage you to do your own research. Other creams that use licorice extract and papaya may be more your thing. Aside from the additional lightening, many topical creams also include sunblock (more on that below) and alpha hydroxy among the ingredients. Alpha hydroxy accelerates the cycle at which your skin is shed and fresh cells are generated ("skin renewal"). That means faster results. 4) Do not leave home without sunblock. This should be a no brainer, but I am sure many of the people who complain this product doesn't work aren't taking the best measures to protect themselves from UV rays that trigger your body to produce more melanin. So I am telling you now, don't think you are just going to stay out the sun. If you are serious about results get a decent (SPF 50+) sun block or you might as well burn your money. 5) Consider Soap. Whether you choose a lightening soap or just an exfoliating one, you can't go wrong. It is simply an additional avenue for your melanin concentration to get knocked down, or your skin regeneration to be sped up. 6) Keep realistic expectations. Your skin renews in about 14-30 days. Therefore, don't expect to see results for at least a month. You don't want to rush it anyway. Depending on how many shades you are going for, you may not want to use my additional suggestions such as soap and skin cream that hasten the lightening process. If you go from from Kelly Rowland to Beyonce in three months you will have family and friends asking what the heck is happening to you, and it will be more embarrassing than a compliment. When I saw that I was lightening faster than I felt comfortable I cut back on the soap and cream for a month. I got two shades later in my desired span of 3 months. I received many compliments that I have a warm glow, nice skin etc which is what I was looking for. I didn't want anyone calling me out on skin bleaching. Light skin isn't for everyone and when you take it too far (Micheal Jackson, Vybz Cartel) its far from attractive. Conclusion: You can't go wrong with a solid regimen like this. It works almost too good and I encourage you to be not to rush it for a natural transition to a lighter complexion. However you should take vitamin C and use sunblock if you plan to commit to this product if you want to get the most bang for you buck. Thanks for reading!

My bae uses my amazon prime account to order stuff for herself. She bought these pills to see "how white she can get". She was already pale to begin with. (primarily Swedish background) She is currently on her third bottle. In the first picture she is not wearing any mascara and she is not wearing foundation in any of the photos. The first photo (with the "frowny" face) is before. The second picture (with the half smile) is of her after taking them for a month and the third picture (wearing the sweater) is of her now. The pills have worked to even out her complexion and her freckles have drastically almost disappeared (including the freckles on her arms). Keep in mind she is also staying out of the sun as much as possible and wearing sunscreen when she goes out to keep up her pale appearance during this experiment of hers. When we're walking our dog outside you can see her cute pink flushed cheeks from the little exposure from the sun (she tries to take all the shady paths). Walking in the shade she appears to be "translucent". I mean she's not that pale but idk what skin shade hers is now. We can't even find makeup brands that aren't darker than her current skin color. Sooooo liike idk if she'll find a foundation but even the shades in Ulta are too dark. She does use Mineral Veil by Bare Minerals because that's the closest thing. Yesterday she ordered some lotion and soap so we'll see how that goes and maybe write a review about that too. Also please note that everyone's bodies are different and this may or may not work for you. You won't notice any major changes with just one bottle so if you want obvious results buy the value pack. (That's what we did.) As for her health from taking these pills, nothing has changed for now. She sees the doctor quite regularly for checkups and her body is feeling fabulous inside and out.

Don't waste your time and money. This pills did not work nor it shows any improvements. I am beige brown skin and this pills seem to darken my skin even 2 shade up! I bought it specifically for my Adult acne. I was not expecting to have my skin lighten but instead it darken my skin. also, for the price, it is very expensive. Only worth even 5 bucks! I think the walmart brand Jarrow gluthathione probably will have much a better result. At least if it did not deliver it is not as pricey as this one! Also, this ivory caps did not came with box! Wow seller just want to try to make a buck quick without making a nice package for it. There was not enough info... Also, it is very deceiving.. The bottle state GLUTATHAIONE COMPLEX 1500 mg...(you have to take 2 pills to get that much and the GLUTATHIONE ITSELF i dont think it is 1500 mg). There was not anyinformation in the bottle HOW MUCH REALLY GLUTATHATIONE IN IT! Take a look at the picture below... it just says properity blend! It did not state how much GLUTHATIONE MG in it! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY GUYS NOT WORTH IT!
