As a proud owner of a Delonghi coffee machine, I recently encountered the dreaded blinking yellow steam pressure button, signaling the need for descaling. I was having problems with my delonghi coffee machine. The pump sounded like it was under too much pressure and was struggling a lot, pumping on and off intermittently, not delivering a nice flow of water through the coffee. When I did get some water through to make the espresso I was getting no Crema and the taste was nasty. I may as well of just had a few scoops of some dog s*^t instant coffee. Thankfully this has sorted the problem out a treat! I used a while bottle diluted into a full reservoir of my machine, they only suggest half, but from the sounds of the instructions that was for smaller machines than mine. After passing it all through and then a another full reservoir, just with water, I made a coffee and to my delight the machine is back in top form giving me that sweet nectar! Only con was that one of the bottles was leaking slightly when it arrived, so they were both wet and slimy when I got them put the packet; not much had come out though so I wasn’t going to send them back. Plus I just wanted to enjoy a good cup of coffee, which I can now thanks to these! Cheers ☕️

I got tricked by buying this descaler, I thought that this is will last for 10 cycles but it only is for 4. For this price you can get other products and for that reason will not buy again.

Descalcificador de cafeteras Esencial Values Este descalcificador de cafeteras de la firma Essential Values, made in USA, es el mejor descalcificador que he usado y además, respetuoso con el medio ambiente. Normalmente utilizaba el que recomendaba la marca de la cafetera (en mi caso Saeco®) y nada que ver, también lo utilizo para la cafetera Nespresso® y con igual eficacia, este limpia mucho más a fondo. Mi cafetera indica cuando debe descalcificarse, pero independientemente de eso, suelo hacerlo cada 2 meses y la máquina lo agradece. No es un producto barato, pero por los resultados obtenidos, volveré a comprarlo. Totalmente recomendable.

I used this descaler on my Smeg coffee machine and I’m honestly impressed. It worked incredibly well — removed all the buildup, and my machine is now running like new. The coffee tastes noticeably better too. I love that it’s easy to use and the bottle lasts for multiple cleanings. Definitely a great value for the price. Highly recommend if you want to keep your machine in top shape!
