Why wont this ship to my address?

The SFC400 replacement cartridges have been mistakenly mislabeled. Please contact customer care on how to obtain the SFC400 cartridges.

Should the filter make a shaking noise and layers be mixed together and not filled to the top? Or is it defective?

The image shown is the SFC400 replacement cartridge for the SF400 Model. Please be sure the replacement cartridge is entirely inserted and the case is fully closed. Layers shown in the image are for illustration purposes and the media will not be in layers. The filter contents may "settle" and appear not full, however, the quantity and quality of contents are there and the replacement cartridge is not defective.

Are you out of SF500 cartridges? I can’t find it

will this work to replace a7039 filter or 564546041?
