Is this gel or just polish?

It acrylic nail polish , non-peel off , suggest use with base coat and top coat. It is unique shine between chrome and candy color .

Well I use a fast dry top coat so it's not very long. 5 minutes maybe. I don't use a dryer either so that's just air drying. Hope this helps you.
