Prompt delivery. Item as described. Good value for money. does not slip and slide on the floor. The packaging is the problem. For some reason the mat is folded tightly and when taken out of packaging has a visible crease down the centre of the mat. I had to tightly roll the mat and leave for several days before use. This did not completely remove the crease but it is almost gone. Should be rolled and not folded for delivery.

Best door mat I have ever bought.
A great thick mat that stays on the floor, I have it at the entrance to my garden room and nothing gets passed it, you can feel the quality when using it and I would definitely purchase again.

Was folded not rolled
This item came on time but the mat was folded 3 times to make it small. I thought by paying a little more money for a product that it would have come rolled. The fold marks still haven't come out even though it has been down for over a week. Would not recommend buying this mat.
