Rich and creamy that can be eaten straight up or melted for desserts. We discovered this brand when in central France and continue to order it as we’ve never had better chocolate than this. Super high quality with superb flavor.

The best chocolate for a cook. The reason I gave it 3 stars was not because of the quality, its excellent, but because Amazon charged too much for it.

This chocolate has an amazing taste with a very good after taste. Haven't used it yet for making anything but I expect it to be easy to use like all decent chocolate. The other reason I wanted to give this product high marks is the packaging! It came in a thermal pouch with a cool pack which helped keep the chocolate safe during hot transit. I will be purchasing more from this vendor.
