This gummies is so good for me. I really works well for me. And always helps me with my slow metabolism. The taste is not bad. It contains good vitamins and helps metabolize carbohydrates and fats. I like the smell. This Supplement is very effective for slow digestion which makes me uncomfortable. I can’t leave a day without not taking it.

I bought these to use after a surgery. They made me more regular than I've ever been. The taste is ok, sort of an artificial fruity flavor, not bad but not like candy, lol. They are easy to chew and swallow. I needed less than the bottle suggested. I definitely would start with one a day and build up. At most, all I ever needed was two per day. The only side effect I noticed is they do make me more gassy. My doctor said that could go away after weeks of taking it. I am sticking with these and have already purchased more because they work better than similar products that are much less palatable.

These gummies work phenomenal. I am so impressed. I would recommend starting with 1 in am 1 pm. If still no results are seen 2 in am/ 2 in pm. These might make you more gassy. Taste great for fiber gummies

Gentle relief that works over time. I take daily in morning on empty stomach. No harsh side effects. Dose is 4 gummies; I started with 2 and worked my way up. Used to combat constipation side-effect from medication. On my second bottle now.
