DHT11 digital sensors humidity and temperature sensor for Raspberry Pi and Arduino A basic, easy to use, ultra low-cost digital temperature and humidity sensor. It uses a capacitive humidity sensor and a thermistor to measure the surrounding air and produces digital signal on the data pin. Low cost. Every item tested.   3.3 to 5.5V power and I/O 2.5mA max current use during conversion (while requesting data). Please provide 100Ohm current limiting resistor.Good for 5-95% humidity readings with 5% accuracy. Good for -20-60°C temperature readings ±2°C accuracy Body size 15.5mm x 12mm x 5.5mm 4 pins with 0.1" spacing. No more than 1 Hz sampling rate (once every second)

Works well
Works as promised. Gives temperature to nearesr degree - a bit dissapointed as I had hoped for more precision, but my fault - I should have read the spec more closely. It does what it claims to and it does it reliably and as far as I can tell accurately.
