Excellent Text
A clear style and a thorough treatment that helps to think about the algorithms and data structures. Two other texts that I have been studying from failed to get me thinking about the material. The Python angle made this indispensable for me.

Cheap paper quality. Good delivery by Amazon
The book is highly recommended. Beginners may find it a tough read. But then it pays off eventually with the reader ending up with a good understanding of data structures. Now about the quality of the book - the paper is of cheap quality. The delivery service was great. Got it before 36 hours , considering I live in a small town far far away from delhi with poor connectivity.
