Totally waste
Don't buy this product, it's totally useless. Voise assistance not working and it's difficult to pairing with TV. Quality is not good. in remote cover only it's mentioned MRP-399 but in amazon they are selling this for 799.

Works, but not great — range is limited
I purchased the Omaic RC802V as a replacement for my lost TCL TV remote, and it does function as a basic remote. It pairs easily with my TCL Android TV and can perform essential operations like power, volume, navigation, and launching apps. The voice control feature is a nice bonus and works decently for basic searches. However, the main drawback is the range. The remote has noticeable lag or becomes unresponsive if I'm not sitting directly in front of the TV. Anything beyond 10–12 feet, or even at an angle, and I have to point it very deliberately or move closer. This makes it inconvenient for casual use in a medium to large living room. Build quality also feels a bit lightweight and plasticky compared to the original remote. So yes — it works, and it's better than having no remote at all. But if you frequently watch from a distance or value seamless responsiveness, you may be disappointed. It's an okay temporary or backup solution, but not a great replacement.

Voice feature is not working
This remot is not able to pair with TCl smart tv. I am pressing very long time HOme button + Ok button but not pair it.

After working for a while, it will stop working again. Removing the batteries will work. The value will be the same.

IR remote not bluetooth
The product works perfectly fine if you point to the tv. No bluetooth can’t pair no voice assistance false advertising. Not recommended to buy.
