A Lifesaver for My Feet and Long Workdays!
As a warehouse worker clocking 10+ hours a day on concrete floors, my plantar fasciitis and flat feet were making every step agony. I’ve tried cheap drugstore insoles before, but they always wore out or didn’t cut it for my 230-lb frame. The PCSsole Plantar Fasciitis Insoles for 220+ lbs are a total game-changer – these are the real deal for heavy-duty support and all-day comfort. Right off the bat, the high arch support feels like it was custom-molded for my feet. The deep heel cup keeps my foot locked in place, no slipping or sliding, even in my work boots during a sweaty 12-hour shift. The comfort cushion is no joke – it’s got just the right mix of firm support and soft gel padding that absorbs shock like a champ. After a week of use, my heel pain and arch soreness were down at least 70%, and I’m not limping home anymore. I even noticed less knee and lower back strain, which is a huge bonus. These insoles fit perfectly into my work boots and sneakers (I trimmed them slightly for my size 11s – super easy with the guide lines). They’re breathable, too, so my feet stay dry and odor-free even after long hours. The durability is impressive – three months in, and they still look and feel brand new, unlike others that flattened out in weeks. For anyone with plantar fasciitis, flat feet, or heavy-duty jobs, these PCSsole insoles are worth every penny. They’ve given me back the ability to work and walk without wincing. Five stars – my feet are finally happy

Comfortable and supports arch well.
I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis a few years ago. I have been using a low profile powerstep orthotic. This orthotic not only relieved my pain, but my foot has healed and I can enjoy going barefoot for limited periods of time without pain. I recently purchased a new pair of athletic shoes and attempted to wear them without changing the insole to an orthotic due to the increased cost of the powerstep orthotic. This did not work. My feet and ankles were starting to hurt again. I looked for a cheaper alternative and found this one. It had good reviews and was HALF the cost. I have had them for a week and I LOVE them. They are not as rigid and hard as the powerstep. But I find the cushioning much more comfortable. The arch support is not as hard and rigid, it gives a little without giving up the support I need. They fit in my athletic shoes perfectly. I recently put on my old shoes for some yard work and found the powerstep very uncomfortable after wearing this one for a week. This is my new go to!

LOOK NO MORE!! Thanks Rockie! The answer to foot pain!
I am a size 6.5 and size-wize they are perfect 👌. My flat feet suffer from inner arch pain overall and some heel pain. The outer area has been hurting as a result of standing differently in an effort to alleviate this pain. I work at Home Depot in specialty sales, 8 1/2 hours daily on cement floors. For years I'd been trying to find the perfect sneakers 👟. HOKA has been my brand of choice for more than a few years now, but without the perfect inner sole, even they aren't 100%. My Fleet Feet insoles are $60.00 a pop. This is my second brand off of Amazon that I tried. I have Rockie (spelling?), another reviewer to personally thank for hands down, THE MOST PERFECT PAIR OF INSOLES EVER!!! I was trying so hard to see if these (and others) had the exact features of my Fleet Feets, heel cup, cushion and raised inner arch. Couldn't really tell, until I saw Rockie's photo of the Fleet Feet insole along side these, so thank you dear friend 😊. Upon receiving them, I was nervous at the hardness of the raised inner arch, though well cushioned. Wore them to work (brought my others just in case) yesterday, and I must say THEY ARE A DREAM. There's no breaking in! This was the 1st day ever, that I came home with zero additional pain. Can't recommend enough. LOOK NO MORE PEOPLE, FOR THESE ARE THE ANSWER TO YOUR FEET'S PRAYERS!!! BTW... This is the only long review I've ever given. LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE!!!!!!!

Asymmetrical support
Feel nice and definitely helped with my heel discomfort. Only problem is the support is not symmetrical. The left one feels much better than the right.

Day one miracle!
I’ve had feet pain for years. Was healing pretty well after a foot surgery and I started walking barefoot too much and my plantar fasciitis, especially my non- surgery foot, flared up so bad!! It’s been 2 months of hobbling around. Burning heel pain that usually is so bad by the end of the day, I just can’t function. I have a fairly active job, so usually I come home with about 8,000 steps and honestly can barely move at that point. Fast forward to today. My Powersteps with the heel cups from my podiatrist were falling apart (and still constant foot pain, even with those adaptations). Today was moving day and I was dreading it because I knew my feet would give out half way through the work being done. I had ordered these inserts and they arrived in time to try them for moving day. Now here we are, 10 hours and16,000 steps later and my feet didn’t give up!! They are sore and tired but not dead. I was so pleasantly surprised as I just kept moving throughout the day, that my heel pain was pretty much gone and I was still able to walk fairly normally - not wincing and limping in major pain at each step. So for day one I’m in love! I never write reviews so you know this made a big impact! I’m hoping they’ll hold up and continue to help my feet!

Bulky, heavy cushioning will take up lots of space in some shoes.
I like the semi-rigid plastic arch support. They seem like a well built device for the money, and that they will last some time. However! Be forewarned: these are very bulky, heavily cushioned insoles. They will take up a lot of space in your shoe. I wore them today in a newer pair of hike/street Danners, and found the bulk of these PCSole inserts to be too much for the shoe. They caused my ankle to ride too high in the heel, creating slipping, and friction that would easily lead to blistering. I removed these, and put a flatter, cork based insole back in. Best used in shoes (or boots) with a notably tall profile.

Solid Support, But Not a Magic Fix for Everyone
I’ve been using these PCSsole plantar fasciitis insoles for a few weeks now, mostly in my work boots and occasionally in sneakers when traveling. I deal with mild heel pain and flat feet, so I was mainly looking for something that could give better arch support without making my shoes uncomfortable. First impression: these are definitely firm. Not soft like gel inserts you find in drugstores. The arch support is noticeable right away, especially if you’re not used to structured insoles. The “220+ lbs heavy duty” claim seems accurate in the sense that they don’t flatten out easily, even after long days on my feet. What worked well for me: * The arch support is strong and consistent. It actually holds your foot in place instead of just cushioning it. * Heel cushioning is decent. Not overly soft, but it absorbs impact better than standard insoles. * Good for long standing hours. I’ve used them during travel days and when walking a lot, and they reduced fatigue compared to stock insoles. * They fit well in work boots without sliding around. That said, there are some trade-offs. What didn’t work as well: * Break-in period is real. The first few days felt uncomfortable, almost too rigid. If you’re expecting instant relief, that might not happen. * Not ideal for tight shoes. These are thicker than average, so they can make snug shoes feel cramped. * Arch might be too aggressive for some people. If your feet are sensitive or you have low tolerance for pressure, this could feel like too much. * They don’t “cure” plantar fasciitis. They help manage pain, but they’re not a standalone solution. From a practical standpoint, I found these most useful in: * Work boots or shoes with removable insoles * Travel days with lots of walking * Situations where you’re standing for long periods Less useful for: * Lightweight running shoes * Casual slip-ons or tight-fitting footwear Value for money is fair. They’re not cheap, but they also don’t feel like a disposable product. Compared to constantly buying soft insoles that wear out quickly, these feel more durable and structured, which justifies the price a bit. Overall, I’d say these are a good option if you specifically need firm arch support and can handle a short adjustment period. If you’re looking for something soft and immediately comfortable, this probably isn’t it.

Pain relief
Amazing item, as someone who is on their feet as well as up and down stairs I can say with these insoles my feet don’t hurt anymore. Will definitely be buying again when they wear out.
